On Wednesday, January 14th, while driving westbound on I-20, I witnessed reckless behavior of a…read morevehicle owned by Bayou Care Services--their transport van. The driver cut me off, forcing me to merge to avoid a collision, was traveling at approximately 95 mph, changed lanes repeatedly without using turn signals, cutting off other drivers and showed complete disregard for the safety of others on the interstate. This was not just careless--it was extremely dangerous. If this is how Bayou Care Services operates their transport vehicles on public highways, I would be deeply concerned about the safety standards they follow when caring for vulnerable individuals. When calling the number on sir side of their van, 318-230-7286 the person who answered was the owner and admitted he was the driver of the transport vehicle. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone. Safety should be the bare minimum, and this demonstrated a serious lack of it.

I could not have asked for better care that I received from Desmin Sweeney and Nathan Gregg. They were both absolutely wonderful. My brother was in a lot of pain plus needed to have his clothing changed. Desmin said don't worry I have worked in a nursing home. Nathan asked me at that time was I ok. These young people took top notch care of him and tried so hard not to hurt him, yet that was impossible, but they tried. I would certainly recommend Balentine if the other workers are anything at ALL like these two. Desmin and Nathan thank you so very much. The office was great also when they called. Just top notch. It was so very nice to deal with people that showed they cared and were concerned.
