The same guy working here has fixed phones for me since galaxy s7. I moved across the river and had someone else do some work. Moved back? Realized not just the value of work done here. But also the extensive knowledge and experience of the phone tech. The owner is kinda a prick but he's rarely there. The phone tech is tops. They've always had someone who speaks Spanish as well. These guys get the job done quicker for the best price. And do a better job. This last time the guy suggested I replace the whole back plate instead of just the camera lens glass. He said it's easier and the glass would be better coming with a back instead of installed into a back. I got a new better colored phone back and paid like a third because I guess doing the whole back is easier and quicker and cheaper. read more

Last night I didn't think about it that this was a legitimate business until I had bought my headphones there I thought it was good priced but they sold fake headphones with crappy quality. I called and told them that I am wanting my money back and the person said there is no return policy when they sold me fake versions of the headphones. Took my cracked screen phone here they replacement screen installed was not apple authorized screen and messed up my phone... I don't think they even have a tech certification at this place!!! He was trying to not give me money... Don't trust him with your phone. All the reviews on yelp make sense now to me after my bad experience! Bad service and rude business owner! If yelp had negative starts I would definitely give him negative 5 star. Extra note: After posting this review because the owner sold me a non functional screen I got harassed on yelp by the lady (Elizabeth c)who was working there ... She told me I wanted the screen for free and I didn't pay much for the replacement screen I paid $200... do you think $200 screen replacement is cheap? The difference of apple replacement screen is $70... I would much radar spend $270 than get and unauthorized screen from a guy who buy cheap screen from China and charge triple more to install it... These folks should be avoided. We purchased a "New in box ATT Samsung Galaxy S7" from these guys in October of 2018. I was immediately suspicious when there was no box or the regular materials for a new phone. During the transaction, Elizabeth, the salesperson, offhandadly mentioned that the phone was a return. I figured that if it worked fine, then whatever. Soon after the purchase, the phone began rebooting during regular use. We brought it back and they replaced the "firmware" in an attempt to fix it. After a day or two, it was rebooting even more often. After three trips down to their store in an attempt to get the phone to work, they grudgingly decided it was not fixable and traded it for a T-mobile S7. We don't have T-mobile as our carrier, but the tech guy said not to worry, it would work fine. Wrong. Well, after an hour or so, we started getting error messages like "No mobile network found" and the phone refused to make calls or text. Yet again we traveled the 40 minutes down to their store to see what we could do. They had no other phone to swap it with. The tech guy was the only person in the store and he was not authorized to make a decision on how to handle it. He phoned the middle-eastern owner of the store for direction. The owner said to take the phone back for refund but charge us $40 for returning the malfunctionung device. What a miserable experience! read more

Great experience! This was the first time we had visited the store (found them randomly as we were running errands nearby). The experience we had with the gentleman (forgot to ask for his name :( ) was nothing short of pleasant. I needed to test something on my phone and he was willing to help without any hesitation. After testing and everything was successful, we asked him what the service charge was and he happily says no charge as he realized this was our first visit. Only favor he asked was for us to help write review. Needless to say it is quite hard nowadays to find places that care more about retaining customer relationships over taking money. I don't usually write negative reviews but I'm actually sitting in this place right now shocked at the way I was treated. I was with a big group of people who were planning to buy few iPhones, there was a miscommunication on whether they were buying unlocked phones or not & I happened to quote a price for negotiation. One of the guys just started ranting at me, first thing he says "Who Said This?" - then goes on to tell me it's the most ridiculous illogical thing he has ever heard & that he is not a thief. I kept telling him you can just tell me you don't negotiate as opposed to all this, he says - I don't want to sell you phones. Soup Nazi from Seinfeld here :) Used iPhone 4S was priced decently however the Galaxy S4 is overpriced for a used model at the time of this review. I'd recommend going & buying the phone but if you at all plan to negotiate, be prepared to be attacked by the store owners. read more

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Such rude customer service. they sell phones with bad charging ports, and the imei doesn't match from the sticker on the back to within the phone settings. It's not worth 290 for an "Unlocked" Galaxy S5 with a bad charging port that I haven't been able to use. It looks like I'm going to get my phones elsewhere from now on. read more

If there was a zero I would have given them that, but unfortunately there isn't so a 1 star will suffice. First of all, they are very unprofessional. The Arab guy that works there got mad because I simply asked when the phone would approximately be ready to pick up. He got angry and said "well if you don't like it here you can take it somewhere else". Let me express that I was not at all angry nor did I have an attitude, I believe my question was in the realm or possibility and they shouldn't have acted so unprofessional. They had originally told me it would take 24hours to finish up. I left it there hoping something could be done since i use this phone for business and work orders for my business. I took it in on Tuesday and finally got fed up with the lack of updates and communication and went to pick it up Saturday...almost a whole week without knowing whether there were any breakthroughs or new developments, even an update after the 24 hours would have been great, but nothing. I don't recommend this place. Aside from being unprofessional, they're also incompetent. Every time I've taken in my phone to get it checked up, they're never able to fix it or give me a clear idea of what is wrong. I kept going there because it was cheaper than buying a whole new phone that I don't have the money for. But this last experience was not great so I won't be coming here anymore. I strongly suggest you take it to an actual professional who communicates and sticks to the time they give you and above all acts like a real professional. read more

These guys do not honor a 14 day guarantee. I brought in my receipt 9 days after I purchased the phone for my daughter. It was for her birthday, and I just kept the phone for a week until giving it to her. When we went to ATT to switch contacts, we noticed the background looked weird. It had some sort of damage (probably water). After bringing it back to the store, I expected them to replace the damaged screen. I had the receipt showing the date of purchase from them, but they indicated it was not the correct receipt. Apparently I was supposed to have a different receipt. They said even if I had the different receipt they would not fix or take back the phone. They are crooks. Avoid the temptation of getting a good deal on a refurbished phone. You will be getting a broken phone, without any guarantee. read more

Would give this place a negative 5 stars. Went in to get my broken screen replaced on my phone that I had gotten from apple a couple of moths ago. Well the damage was on the outside but come to find out there was a ripped connection inside behind the screen also. Huh!? Brand new phone that came from apple never taken apart until that day and had a broken wire connector. He wanted 40$ for something he broke. After he took it apart the phone wouldn't turn on then went on about how it could now be a battery issue. Phone never turned on and sent me on my way with a completely damaged phone that never turned on again. Keep in mind It was still buzzing and getting notifications with a broken screen even tho I couldn't get into it before going in. I've had this location fix several phones for me. While they are not always the friendliest guys, they have a new bench repair person who is doing a great job on repairing phones and has excellent customer service skills, if you get him. This most recent transaction was for the repair of an iPhone 5c that the battery had died. Not only did the gentleman explain to me why other problems were starting on the phone as a result of the battery he gave me advice on how to prevent it from getting any worse. The price was reasonable for the repair. They have excellent accessory pricing, including iPhone lightning cables that are Apple authorized for only $10. The repair was estimated at being one hour, but I got a call in about half of that telling me my phone was ready. read more

They advertised an iphone 7 in "excellent condition" on Craigslist. The price was a little above other CL prices but it was the right color so I drove 45 minutes to their store. When I got there it looked a little beat up. It had a few deep nicks on one corner. Then I noticed it had some scratches on the glass. They just shrugged their shoulders and said oh well.... The employee working was really rude. I was just in there and he said i needed a mask on. After telling him nicely that i can not were one. He just decided to walk in the back and stay there. Never said sorry but i cant serve you without one. He just walked away and never came back out. I understand about the whole mask thing. But it is not a law plus there is previsions for people who cant were masks. So this is getting out of control and people are starting to think that they can act like hitler about the whole thing. I went there to get a cracked screen replaced. About a month after repair, I started having a ghost bar on the bottom of my screen. I monitored it for a little bit and then made an appointment at the Apple store. Apple confirmed that it was a faulty LCD component in the screen fix. I called Tech r Us and asked a generic question, "If someone brings in a cracked phone screen what is your warranty?" The response was three months with receipt. I found my receipt, which said two weeks (which is a crappy warranty anyway). The next weekend I went over and discussed with them. 1. They didn't believe that I went to Apple, asking me for proof. I only had a survey email as proof. 2. They said they only guarantee for two weeks, different from what they told me on the phone as a potential customer in their eyes. 3. They checked my phone and connfirmed what Apple said was correct, but did not feel they needed to remedy it unless I paid again. 4. After expressing how upset I was, I was offered another fix at a discount but only if I opted to do it within so many days - otherwise the offer would be gone. 5. I asked "why would I trust this won't keep happening?" To which I was told they would suddenly guarantee it for 30 days. This was written in PENCIL on my ticket that he was filling in in anticipation. I told him I would not be pressured to use their shady service again by being offered a limited time discount for something I shouldn't even have to be paying for again. Can I also mention that the problem was because they put a faulty device in my phone to begin with and it took around 30 days to present itself the first time. My phone is still messed up and the ghost bar now covers 1/4 of my phone. I should have paid a little bit more and taken it straight to Apple. read more

Thieves, plain and simple. Do not do business with them. Period. The scam works like this: 1. They buy cheap, shitty broken phones from addicts or overseas junk shops. 2. They do minimal repairs, so that the unit looks good and operates well for a little while. Bonus points if they can leave or create some defect that will require repair later. 3. Phones are advertised on Craigslist, with a promise of a One Year Warranty! 4. When you get to the shop, you find out that the Warranty is actually only 14 days, and that a 1 year extended warranty is available, but pricey. At this point, most people just buy the damned phone, which looks OK, and do not purchase the expensive warranty. 5. The phone works, mostly, for the two weeks or so. In our case, the screen, which had been incorrectly installed, popped out, and when the user pushed it back into place, the screen shattered. Two days after the 14 day coverage period. 6. Any requests for assistance or repairs are met with rudeness, and an offer to repair the unit at an inflated price. They don't care whether you go for it or not; they have a steady stream of suckers to keep them in business. The only reason I am giving a one star rating is that Yelp will not let me give a zero. Or a negative number. Absolutely horrible customer service. In the brief time we were there, they were so rude and nasty to four other customers that they all left. Some of them looked like they'd like to find a gun shop. I wish them luck. read more

I wish I had seen these reviews earlier because I fell for the same scam. bought an Iphone SE for 339$. a few days later it stopped working and after I checked with at&t apparently its a stolen phone (!) (hence the thieves part). I thought Ill try brining it back, I tried contacting them on FB and they replied till they realized what's this about and blocked me ( great customer service). when they stopped answering my texts and emails ( I couldnt go there cuz by then I was in CA) I decided to help prevent this from happening to others, I told my friends to rate them with 1 star on FB and comment what had happened. their responses were flat out racist! sense I'm israeli they replied to my Israeli friend (in very bad english) "liars, you and your friends, go buy a phone from palestine" and another friend got this: "Palestine is free" I asked a female local friend of mine to go return the phone in my behalf sense i'm not in Oregon, but now after seeing their responses she's too scared to go there on her own. I dont blame her! I fail to see the connection between middle eastern politics and my purchase, all i did is buy a phone from them and in return got a stolen product and very bad and somewhat racist customer service. Very dishonest, irresponsible people are waiting there to get you robbed in broad day light. They are making money selling garbage. They shouldn't be even allowed to do business in the first place. I had bought an i-phone which I couldn't check immediately with SIM card because i didn't have it. I trusted them and left the store. I couldn't check it for a few more days as I was traveling outside. When I put SIM card on it, it didn't work. I returned to the store to complain, they refused to fix it or refund me. Now, I am left with a phone that doesn't work and I have already wasted my $220+ in the whole process.
