Tech Power Systems was Gil Werner's sole proprietorship, from which he semi-retired around 2009. A great deal of "self-sabatoge" issues with the boiler work he did a lot of at one time. He previously called his business Westport Service Co. More recently, Gil is still dabbling in service and repair work. We used him once more early in 2017. Despite a magnificent mind and abundant experience, Gil was plagued by poor judgment in selecting helpers and side-kicks. One chronic impediment was a guy called Jeffrey Harmon ("James Jr."), who is unbelievable. He can wreck almost anything. Therefore, we won't be calling Gil's office again. read more
