Old National Bank in Winfield, IN, has the worst customer service and is staffed by incompetent,…read morelazy people. In particular, Zo and Steph couldn't be bothered to find out exactly what was needed for me to close my mother's trust account. They kept insisting that her 3 accounts were not part of her trust estate even though I showed them legal documents to the contrary. Today was the SIXTH time I had to go in there and I was finally able to close ONE of the accounts. Steph still didn't have the documents and cashier's check ready (they refused to do a wire transfer), and I had to wait yet again. She said she had tried to leave a voice mail for me on Friday, but got a msg that said "voicemail not set up" which is simply not true. I've had the same phone number for 20 years! DONT EVER USE THIS MISERABLE EXCUSE FOR A BANK!
