The doctors are untrained in actually doing help for people and is more a farm for the Norristown area to them. As with most things in life, Doctor Liz left the group practice and went on to other non-private practice things. Sadness. The other pediatricians were good, but none understood him as she did, herself a mother of 4 boys. A few years pass, and an email arrives. Doctor Liz is back! She's joined Center City Pediatrics, opening a new office in Bala! Yay! We immediately make an appointment for the Young 'Un's annual exam. The visit was great. The Young 'Un, aka the NMT (Newly Minted Teenager) was quite comfortable discussing his health with Doctor Liz, even that awkward puberty stuff he normally despises discussing with anyone, exam was given, all is well. Doctor Liz is approachable, smart, thorough and easygoing. So very excited she's back in practice. Highly recommend!

We've been coming to this practice since our daughter was born in 2015. It's obvious they care…read moreabout the children they see. Making appointments is easy, whether routine or sick visits. The nursing staff is extremely warm and welcoming when we come in and is happy to give advice over the phone. We've even found ourselves needing after hours assistance a few times and their nursing staff who monitors the phone has always gone above and beyond to make sure my child is healthy and safe; not to mention very reassuring to stressed parents in stressful situations at all hours of the night. It never feels like an inconvenience when we call. The doctors on staff are equally well trained and knowledgeable. When going through our visits they make a point to speak to my child and get her input directly in how she is feeling and make sure to never push her if she is feeling anxious about certain parts of the visit (I.e. checking ears if not truly necessary). They also keep the parents in mind, making sure we understand the full scope of whatever we're dealing with and preparing us with all the necessary resources to give our child adequate care. I really cannot recommend this practice enough. From primary care to sick visits, we've never had a bad experience.
