That's my only issue. I could understand if you didn't bank here, and they charged you a fee to transfer money, or cash your check, etc. but when you bank here- you should feel appreciated and feel like there is some type of benefit for your service. It's not the employees fault, they are just following rules but it does get aggravating when I check my account and see fee's left and right.

I worked as janitor and tried to tell them there is a better way to go about your problem. You don't have to threaten customers on what they can and cannot touch. Treat them like kids who don't know better. Instead of taking the free advice, they fired me. Now is this a crap institution or what?
