Trust me they really care about you and treat you like family. We had Frédéric Pichette working on our file and he was always following our file each step of the way. He gave us advice everyday and made sure to submit our demande of pre-approval when it looked more appealing to the lender. He followed our credit scores , our down payment fund and our interest rate everyday and finally made the call to ask the lender for some money. He was Fantastic! Fred is a HARD worker and he deserves all the credit. We used Michelle Marciano, one of the agents here and wanted to keep it all in the same building. She was absolutely AMAZING! She's tough and fast she work very fast. She made sure we got the house we wanted. I'm very grateful for this wonderful team and wonderful experience. House shopping here was smooth sailing and it's something that can be very stressful. North East Mortgages takes care of everything. They take all the stress away from the process. *Cost*: It doesn't cost you Anything upfront..as their fee is handled through the back end with the mortgage of the house and the banks/lenders. *Overall Star Rating* 5+++++++++++++ I can't recommend them enough for all their hard work and dedication!
