Casey Edwards helped us immensely during our relocation to Pueblo, and we highly recommend him! Through PEDCO, we met with Casey and Gary to talk about our company's relocation goals, learn Pueblo neighborhoods, and understand the housing market. I then worked remotely with Casey for a couple months to determine my interest in different properties. He kept an eye on new houses and helped us develop a good list of properties to tour because we only had 2-3 days in Pueblo for house hunting. Casey stayed on top of the available listings to ensure we saw the largest variety of viable options all around Pueblo. We offered on a stunning house, and we're now homeowners! His team at Gary Miller Remax was fantastic to work with, always on top of documents, requests, and quick to answer questions. Casey has been a fantastic agent, super responsive by text and phone call, helped us a ton in the contract negotiations, a great guy and a proud Puebloan who shared a lot about the area since we're moving from out of state. I recently found myself with a "court appointed realtor" and didn't know what to expect. I'm writing this review because I'm compelled to recommend Gary Miller and his team! He did an extraordinary job and is such an honorable man. Gary was available 24/7, spotted trouble and dealt with it professionally, quieted my fears and reassured me, and never participated in the war between my ex-husband and me. I was living out of state during the sales and felt very much a part of the process and decision making. When I met Gary to look at buying a house, at our first meeting, he said he did not know me, and wasn't sure if he would be willing to work with me. This remark is very rude when you first meet someone. He wasn't concerned about good service- he tooted his horn and bragged about himself as we drove to a couple homes, and he was all about ego. He was not concerned about customer care. He also said he would not spent time showing me houses unless I signed on with him exclusively. After I did that, he was not always available. Not a pleasant experience. read more

Without Casey Edwards, buying this home would have been hard. He knew the right people at the bank and title company which made it very easy for us. He was pleasant and very understanding. I am very frustrated with the process so far with this company. We are awaiting our pending…read moreapplication for a property. We requested the move in date a little over a week after the day we submitted our application. We were told that the property we were applying for did not currently have any other applications. We then paid the non-refundable application fee for two adults. Because our moving date is fast approaching- I have called to ask the status of our application and if we need to do anything. Debbie/Debby not sure how she spells it always answers my calls with a snooty response. She cannot tell me anything. She doesn't know anything. I am very curious what exactly she gets paid to do. On top of that, I am only calling because we received an email asking about our landlord to contact them. Debby does not have customer service skills and should not be handling the incoming phone calls. I'm already in a hard enough spot without someone belittling me and directly saying "calling me every day isn't going to do anything" when I have called with ACTUAL genuine questions. Questions I believed she was getting paid to answer, since she is the only one to answer the phone. Like I wanted to talk to her lol. Also an interaction with Debby: "hello, I'm calling to check on my application" - me "Yeah it looks like you're going to be denied" -Debby Then I call my husband to tell him what she said. While I'm on the phone with him, guess who calls me! DEBBY! "Hi, so I spoke to my manager and they said it MIGHT go through" WHAT! Yesterday Debby forwards my call to "someone who can help". I don't remember his name. He said someone who works for the company will "let him know" when the application has all the information for them to review. He told me that if he got my PetScreening back that they could know in a few hours. I emailed the pet screening company and asked them to review my case so that my application could proceed. Within an hour, all the reviews were completed for the animals. I called The Elite Team to ask if they had received it, and you guessed it, Debby had no idea! She told me the man I spoke to earlier was out of the office but she thinks that he will get notified about it. Update: 9/28/23 We are no longer interested in using this property management company. 3000% because of Debby. Today she told me that I was "hindering my application" by calling when they SENT ANOTHER EMAIL ASKING MY LANDLORD TO CONTACT THEM and EXPLICITLY stated to call if I had questions. My landlord called and Debby was rude to him as well. I asked her about it, she got defensive. I asked if there was anyone I could speak to she said no. I asked if she could define her job description to me she said no. I asked if I could talk to her manager, she said no multiple times. She did tell me that her job was "maintenance coordinator". Hopefully she is better at that than answering phones. If I could give zero stars, I would.

If you are in the market to buy or sell your home I would highly recommend Team Gary Miller. They offer a level of expertise in the housing market. They will go to work for you answering questions and providing advise for your family's needs. Gary and Casey offer a level of competence that will not compare to any other realtor. There knowledge and skill will give your buying experience a piece of mind. Gary and Casey have their clients best interest in mind and do not hesitate to answer questions extremely quick, if it is through a phone call, text or email. My husband and I had worked with Casey Edwards for quite sometime to find a home that met our needs. We finally found our home and because of Casey's experience and reputation in our community, I have no doubt this was the reason our offer was accepted. Then selling our home brought some challenges but Casey's contacts and expertise got us through with top dollar. Lastly, Casey went above and beyond when we were out of town and were worried about a leak that hadn't been fixed yet. Casey went to our house to check on any potential damages and all was well! I can't say enough about how wonderful Casey Edwards was in finding our house. He took me around town SO many times and was so patient as I was looking for a certain type of home. He found it and it was perfect!! He helped put us in contact with utilities, title company and was there for us for every step in the process.
