Linda Hardy represented us in a home purchase in Lake Havasu City…read more We are from Canada and did not know really much about the purchasing process in the US. We ended up buying a home that had a current tenant living in the home with a few months left on the lease. Linda promised us that she would make sure to get the deposit from the current tenant. That never happened. We never got the deposit from the tenant and there was major damage when the tenant moved out of the home when the lease was up. Linda stopped answering our calls after we closed on the home. Maybe because we are in our 70's she thought we wouldn't pursue it. I would not recommend her. It was really disappointing.

She was so knowledgeable to explain to me what I had signed, and what my commitments were, and I was not locked in as I once thought I was. She showed me the listing and gave me honest details about it. Got to know me on what I was looking for and actually suggested that maybe we could find you something a little bit better for your needs. I was very impressed as she was taking away from one of her listings to take care of me. Having rented homes for…read moreweekend stays up and down the river for many years, we decided to buy our first vacation home in LHC. We called Liz from sign we saw on a visit to the area and started a dialog that lasted several weeks covering all the nuances of buying in LHC. We ultimately decided on a turnkey starter home that came furnished to model-home standards. Two years later, we fell in love with our dream house in the Foothills Estates and Liz helped us buy that one and sell the one we had, at a nice profit I might add. We could not be happier with our decision to partner with Liz on our Lake Havasu City experience!

Liz tried to get a higher bidder. I found out cause a friend of mine seen her showing it after I put $2000.00 down. So I got real mad and went in the office and took my money back. They tried to talk to me but I refused to listen to unethical people that agree they way she handled me. So now a couple of months go by the same property is still for sale. So I told my realtor I wanted to buy that house. My realtor went through Liz and told Liz I offered $80,000.00 cash and Liz said yes. This was on 03/27/2018 then the next day 03/28/2018 I put up my $2000.00 down again and I showed I had the funds to buy the house cash. Liz a few hours later called my realtor and said she had a higher bid. I call that being a back stabber and very unethical. This is to me not a very professional business that backs Liz doing this stuff.
