This is Anke from Team Espana, I think it might be helpful to put your message into perspective and to explain to anyone reading this, that your transfer for the balance of the holiday rental had not arrived the day you started your holiday. We called you and your friends and explained that we needed the balance to be paid before we handed the keys of the property over to you. You reluctanty provided us with credit card details. We explained to you at the time, that we would refund the money to your credit card as soon as you transfer arrived into our clients account. It arrived 4 days into your holiday, the moment we received your transfer, we refunded your credit card. You informed us at the time that you had a great holiday. In order to be helpful to you, as we pride ourselves in offering oustanding customer service, we offered you and your friends the opportunity to leave your luggage in our office, as your flight was not until later that day. You and one of your friends proceeded to shout in our office, disturbing other clients, not something we like. Clearly this behaviour was not acceptable, which is why we asked you to leave the office and withdrew our offer of you leaving your luggage in our office all day.
I advise that the next time you book a holiday, you read the booking form, which clearly states that the holiday must be paid for in advance of starting the holiday. read more
