For what you get, the price is very reasonable! Our group was a good size and very manageable to keep up with on a bike and a relaxed pace. The stop at a beer garden was a great way to cap off the tour. Our tour guide Simon really made the whole experience. His personality and knowledge of Munich were perfect to explain the history of Munich in a way that was educational and entertaining. What an amazing…read moreexperience from the information Tyler and Shawn gave us along the beautiful country side on our 2 hour bus ride to our first destination were we disembarked for a ride to a nice lakeside beach. Shawn was off the dock and in the cool water first , watching over us as we dove into the lake . What a refreshing swim. Tyler was leading the bike ride on the small road back as Shawn followed bring ing up the last of us safely.Tyler also watched over us to make sure we all arrived to our fabulous lunch at the roadhouse style restaurant. Hatte ne neue Kette gebraucht und neue Bremsbeläge, Rauf/Runterschalten ging auch nicht mehr…read moreflüssig weil zu lange im Freien gestanden. Lichter brauchte ich auch neue. Einen Tag ohne Termin mal vorbeigeschaut, das Rad dagelassen, am nächsten Tag bekam ich den Anruf, ich kanns wieder abholen. Neue Beläge, Kette, Lichter und neues Schaltkabel haben zusammen 110€ gekostet. Läuft jetzt wieder perfekt. Über den Service kann ich mich nicht beklagen, war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Terrible experience! The owner had sold my bycicle, which I had left for repair for 2 days,…read moremistakenly to another client. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE!? I was just in time to prevent her from leaving with the bike, had I come a minute later, she would have ridden off with it and I would have had no means of ever getting it back. The owner had not checked her name or asked her for the whimsy paper he had given me as proof for leaving my bike there. On top of this, he did not really apologize, or give me any discount (although he originally offered 2 euro on a 92 euro bill). Moreover, he had not done all the repairs we had verbally agreed upon for the price range. When I asked him about it, he said it would not make sense to do that particular repair. Although this might have been a misunderstanding, he does not remember his clients or what exactly was talked about! What he did repair does work, but I would not go there unless you feel adventurous and ready to see if you get another type of repair, or even another bike...
