You would think being out of state would make the selling process more stressful, but Karie took care of everything! She was truly a lifesaver, and went above and beyond for us. We just closed on the house this week, and it could not have gone smoother. To put it simply, Karie Milford cares! She has incredible real estate knowledge and is fully committed to her clients. She helped guide me through listing and selling my first ever home, giving me invaluable advice on pre-listing prep work, market comps, etc. I also love that she offers staging as a part of her package services! All of her hard work and knowledge of the local real estate market helped me secure multiple offers that were above initial listing price and even higher price per sq ft than many other properties in the area!!! Of course, don't just take my review/word for it--look at the screenshot of my listing that I posted. I think the numbers, photos, etc. say it all loud and clear!!!!
