Teak Master's crew of six guys came out Monday and started on our 20'x9' garage door, 100' of IPE fence in the backyard and deck. Everything was finished in 2 days and they did an amazing job. UPDATE: 03/31/20 Teak masters originally did the finish on our door which was the repair job from a previous painter that ruined it. They did an amazing job and it was stunning! - it looked as perfect as we wanted it to look the first time and they were great and got us right in. THEN - our gardener broke the bottom glass of the door with a rock and blower - devastated we didn't know how we could get this fixed. Than we found a glass company to replace the bottom glass but the finish was damaged in the repair. AGAIN Tim and his company came to the rescue, they fixed the finish around the bottom of the glass panel and now the door is beautiful again. This type of craftsmanship you don't find anywhere and honestly we are so grateful for them. We will use them for life and are so proud to have some of their work in our house. The crew was very careful and professional Edger was the foreman and listened to all my concerns. They used top notch equipment including sanders with vacuum system so there was little mess. Misael and his crew came and made our garage and front door look better than they did when first installed. We have been just using our painters each year to sand and restain both doors which would bubble because our doors face directly west. I was worried we needed to replace our garage door fully until Misael and his crew came and stripped both doors down to their bare wood, repairing any issues in the wood and then by hand stained them to a perfect color. Been a happy customer for 5 years until now. Scheduled annual refinishing for our 16 pieces of teak furniture. Looked great after work bur color started severely fading after 45 days. After 3 emails got a response, offering to fix for an additional cost. In the past the color lasted fine, one year after several months of rain I paid for a touch up. no poblem, not their fault. I contacted again and spoke to Tim, the owner. He was more interested in lecturing on the science of the product than offering a solution. Finally they scheduled to resurface the table top but by then almost all of the pieces had faded. The work order they sent scheduling the work was extremely condescending, writing me off as a difficult customer instead of a legitimately one dissatisfied with the work. Really fading in 60 days is a real issue. I requested a partial refund to have someone else redo the work. Tim has not responded. One of his people emailed me apologizing for the verbiage and he stated he was sure Tim would reply. Over a week later, nothing. read more
