You get to pick your steak from the dry age fridge. We chose to have them cut a ribeye about 2 inches thick. It ended up being about 400 grams. We asked for it to be cooked medium rare. We also ordered the rosemary potatoes and a salad. The steak came out perfectly cooked and seasoned. The potatoes and salad were delicious as well.
