After several months, they became very flaky and unreliable. My pool turned green and I ended up having to hire someone else to drain the pool to power wash and get it usable again. Make sure not to ever use this company for anything. The owner does not take his work seriously and is impossible to get a hold off. Fired them back in July because he would show up once every two to three weeks or whenever he felt like it, so our pool kept turning green and we could not use our pool during hot summer days. He would also constantly leave the water running costing me hundreds of dollars in water bills. He had my CC on file and used to charge me a monthly fee and asked him to cancel me back in July. He kept charging me because he "forgot" to take me off billing. In September, he told me he took me off billing but clearly that was also a lie. Below is a text message of him promising me that he would Venmo me my money back. Here we are in November and he is still charging me monthly and has not taken me off automatic billing. I have been calling and texting and getting no response. I text and get this message that i attached to this review..This is very unprofessional, but you made sure to take my money at the first of the month and not render a service for it. If there was an issue I would have wished they would have reached out and said something but good service is hard to find i see. If you do choose to do business with them please don't give them your credit card info. PAY CASH. I have to call my credit card company every month to dispute the charge. I can't get ahold of Billy my number is blocked but you still continue to take a payment from me every month now for the past 2 months and no service. Seriously, Billy has proven to be a lifesaver!!!! I was in a tight time constraint and needed my pool serviced and yard tended to before new tenants were due to move in. I hate to leave a bad review but I don't know what else to do when they no-call no-showed me twice. I even texted and called the owner several times but no response. I finally called from my home phone and he picked up and told me he would be at my house Tuesday morning. Well Tuesday came and went and I called to see what was going on and he wouldn't take my calls. I called again and my call went straight to voicemail. We are in escrow for a home and had Billy and his guys come out to do an inspection on the pool. They showed up on time, were very professional and also extremely knowledgeable about everything. They were thorough and paid high attention to detail, checking every aspect of the pool and jacuzzi (lights, pumps, filters, all hardware, etc) + sprinkler system too! They did not rush through anything, they took their time and were there for a very long while making sure their inspection report didn't miss anything. Well my experience started out great. I had a black Alge problem, these guys were up for the task and did a lot of work to get the pool back to somewhat normal. They drained and pressure washed the pool to get rid of the Alge (pool looked awesome)! Now, here's where the problems started. They left plaster in the bottom of the pool but told me to fill it up and the filter would take care of it, it was good for a week! Then as the plaster started getting into the filter it clogged up the pump. Well I've been trying to get them back over to help me out to fixed this issue. Sent numerous text message to two different numbers I was given even called. Then finally after a week and a half or so I get a text stating he didn't know why the other guy hadn't committed with me. Regardless after the couple weeks of basically no communication and nothing being done about the pool we went else where. Very disappointed because I held on to these guys longer than I should have. Pool still isn't up to par, but it's getting there. My suggestion is don't bite off more than you can chew. It's unprofessional and annoying to say the least. read more

Can't say enough good things about Billy and his crew. When we moved in to our house, our lawn was embarrassing to say the least. I happened to see him doing the neighbors yard, which looked incredible so I went to talk with them about getting our yard up to par. He came the following day and replaced all my leaky sprinkler valves and got my sprinkler system working properly on the timer as well.
