I had an account here since I was a kid, when it was Commerce Bank. Commerce was terrific. And while they seem to have kept the convenient hours and the cool coin-counting machine*, the free accounts are no longer free. I'd still be with TD, though, if I lived near a branch. Had to stop in recently to close an account that had been dormant for some time. Staff were friendly and helpful. They closed my account quickly and didn't pressure me to keep an account open. My favorite feature of TD/Commerce: debit cards made on-site. I lost my wallet once, and I was in and out of a branch with a new card (with my name imprinted on it) within minutes. Now THAT is convenience. *I took that machine for granted until I moved to a town where banks don't have coin counters. read more

The most personable bank staff I've ever met. Always have had nothing but a pleasant experience with any person working here. Not a big fan of TD corporate (dumb fees) but that's with any major banking company. The staff at this location is why we keep our business here. Thanks guys! read more

Tellers are not friendly. Went their today to deposit checks and cash. I had one check to cash but the guy teller (Sean) forgot to give me the cash. I finally realized it e 3 hours later. I called and talked to a woman named Melissa...no apologies, no explanation as to why I wasnt called back in or called at my house. Sean was next to Melissa because I coukd hear them whispering. Money was eventually deposited to my account because I wasnt going to drive back there for it. I will never go back to the Pitman location. read more

This Bank and all location charge a service fee when you want to cash a check written on the Bank's account. The fee Is $7.00 if you do not have an account with them even though the check is their check? Very bad business. I ideal with Repbulic Bank in Glassboro and they do not charge the fee even though you do not have an account with them as long as the check is from their bank. I researched TD Banks normal fees for checking, savings etc and they are higher than most banks. I would not recommend banking with them! They advertise they are the most convenient Bank but not that their fees are the most expensive! I guess this is what you get when you deal with a Canadian Bank owned Bank! read more
