When she was done with my transaction - she said, "hey, Brenda, I noticed your drivers license." I said, "yes?" I'm seriously at that moment thinking one of two things - is it expired? Orrrrr..."dannnggg, she must think my picture is glamour and on point!" (It is a stunner if I must say so myself - ha,ha) Instead, Aretha said, "I noticed your license says you're a veteran, and I just want to thank you for your service! You're much appreciated." NOW - that made my day! Kudos to Aretha and Chase bank.

The just say " oh its an audit, there's nothing we can do". This is not disclosed during the check deposit section of their app. Why would it take 8-10 days for a check under $1K to clear? In this day and age there's no excuse and there are so many better banks out there! Do your research!

Thanks to them holding my money unexpectedly, I have to now pay extra fee of $100 for being late on rent, another extra $15 per day that goes by until daycare is paid so that would be 5 days by the time Tuesday arrives... Please if you're a new customer considering banking with regions, PLEASE THINK ABOUT A MILLION TIMES ! ! ! As there is no transparency and customer service just jogs your phone call around with the problem... Definitely don't recommend it. If I could I would give it "0" stars.

I arrived at 11:00am and they close at 12:00. He made me feel that he wanted to go home early. Sounds like he is annoyed that there is a walk in on a Saturday. It's the feeling that you greet your customers, not even a smile or a good morning. As others have noted in their reviews, they don't have the customer service. Looks like it starts at the top, Mr Messa may need training in customer service.

As soon as I walked in, there was a line of…read more15 ppl (wish I was kidding) and a sign that says if you need member services, you still need to make the teller line to put your name on a list. Yikes. There were 4 tellers working, and 3 other ladies working in the offices. I'm giving this a 2 because of the wait, and because a lady originally asked if anyone in the line needed member services, which I said yes. So she took me to the office and then when I told her I'm with another credit union she put me right back in the line saying I needed to talk to a teller. Then after speaking to a teller, she was unable to help me either. So basically I waited in the long line for absolutely nothing. I also looked at all the rates they're offering on their wall, nothing special. Don't become a member here. The ONLY reason why I am giving this 2 stars, is because Claudia was very nice and patient. Other than that, I see zero perks of coming to this branch.
