The Wyevale is a good size, with plenty of outdoor plants and a large indoor section with a cafe and toilets to visit. The plants from Wyevale can be quite expensive but they tend to be good quality and last longer than other big brand garden centres. They're only really beaten by nurseries and you can't get the choice under one roof. Great for a stroll round on a Sunday and you can also have a bite to eat!

The ladies that work here are extremely helpful and show you how to use certain products like the cuttlebug or Big Shot. Also they have visiting demonstrators quite regularly some of whom have programmes on a TV shopping channel.. When the demonstrations are on they have special offers too which are very good. All in all the products tend to be cheaper than say Hobby craft. The Garden Centre is a lovely place to visit to with an immense range of gifts and garden paraphernalia and houses a fantastic cafe with enormous portions!!!Yum

Just on the exit from Wyevale is Silverland Stone and Paving, and second time I visited the garden…read morecentre I thought I'd have a look round, they've got some very good displays for ornamental features for pathways, water features etc. Some very expensive stylish stone statues and a good mix of cheaper stone as well as highly finished stone. It was nice to walk round and just look, I wasn't harassed by the staff as I did, and there was a hut to go in if you needed any help. The prices were fair and seemed competitive for what they had!
