Absolutely the WORST customer service ever! I have no experience with their sales side of business…read morebut I have used them for repairs. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE! They give you no receipt when you drop your equipment off. Then when you call on the promised finish date, they have NO idea what you are talking about....then, "oh yeah, I'll look at that soon". They do not call you when your repair is done. You have to keep calling them, leaving messages that go unreturned until you finally catch one of them. In my case it was the son who has the business personality of a disgruntled bear. You should NOT feel intrusive when paying for a service! Long, painful story short - after repeated attempts to check the status of a tune-up and having no success, I went to pick my equipment up and was presented a bill for repairs I did not authorize and they would not guarantee. I refused to pay for more than the tune-up and they said that they will sell my equipment to someone who may have a running mower "once or twice". I was more than willing to pay for a tune-up and any small repair necessary since I was donating this mower to someone in need. Beware! SHADY way of doing business. No return calls, no guarantees that they will even look at your equipment, no customer service, NO HONESTY

I called these folks and discussed pricing and specific details on how much we had for disposal. They told me that when their crew arrived, they would look over what we had and discuss final pricing at that time. Once that was done we had the option of canceling the service or asking them to go ahead and proceed. We had one carpet that was about 16 ft by 30 + ft, they tore it into smaller sections so that it would fit more flatly in the truck. We had three bedrooms worth of carpeting, a hallway and the living room as well. They rolled it up nicely and fit it in the truck making best use of the space. After doing that, they loaded the remodeling debris and some packing boxes etc and did this all within an hour. Their pricing was reasonable. The two guys that were here were nice polite and efficient. I would definitely hire them again as needed.

Spent over $5000 dollars on a well drilled 300+ feet deep by this company that makes 1/2 gallons…read moreper minute. They do not believe in "witching" a well to find the best possible spot to drill... and stated " over 70% of the time you drill a hole anywhere you get water "...well, not this time apparently ! The old well was 50 ft. away and made great water, but caved in over the years, which required drilling a new one due to the location of the old one. They pick a spot based on convenience of burying the pipe and wire instead of "witching" it to find the best source of ground water flow. In the beginning, they kept asking me where I wanted the new one drilled instead of recommending a spot...WTF that's why I called you in the first place... I'm not a well driller !... and apparently neither are you now that I wasted $5000 dollars on the results of your talents. After this event, I've spoken with numerous individuals that have had to pay for 2 holes being drilled because the first one they picked didn't make any water at all. That's ok, he only charges half price for the hole that didn't produce any water. This sound like a money scam to me and a great way to earn more income on holes that don't have to be cased or finished. Just pick another spot and drill again...at your cost. Consumers think twice before picking this company to drill your new well, you might be in for a money scam like myself and others have apparently been a victim of.
