We were hauling a boat from Colorado Springs to Austin and a metal bracket broke off the trailer where the wheel well and axle all come together. We were in quite a vulnerable position and Mr. Taylor could have easily given us the "out of town special", but instead he gave us a very fair price and got us back on the road for less than he quoted us.
