He said he wasn't from around there and didn't know. I expected that to be the end of it. But there was no one behind me he asked his colleagues if they knew. They did not. Again I expected that to be the end of it. Finally one guy let me use his phone so I could see a map and find my way! This speaks volumes about this company!

I say "end of their shift" and not "when they have finished working" because it is a minor miracle to catch them doing any actual work. They take forever to complete the simplest task, and when you call them for information they are totally clueless when it comes to any kind of estimated dates. They are rude, unprofessional... the list goes on and on. You would have to be unbelievably desperate or a special kind of stupid to hire these people. If I could give them zero stars, I would. But even that would be far more than they deserve.
