They only speak German and are often impolite if you cannot do the same…read more This morning they told me to wait two minutes, I waited for 22, and were rude and hang me the phone on the face when I called to complain. Sometimes they have no taxis at all and they cannot reroute you to another company, you have to call it yourself. Finally, you cannot book a taxi the night before for the morning, you have to call and hope for the best. I used this service for 7 years due to no other choice. When the taxi comes they are pretty OK and fast, but you better call well in advance and learn basic German. Overall a pretty indecent and shameless service.
