They don't even call you to tell you they are running late and when you call they give you excuses. Also they barley speak any English, our driver did not know one word of English which made it very hard to get to our hotel. Go with other companies!!

Praterstern is good and bad at the same time. Now i am…read moreloving the modernization of the entire area, as i knew it 12 years ago, so 10000000% improvement. It is of course very practical station and function very well, i use it every day and also i go to the airport from here. There is also the BILLA inside which is open 7 days a week and well as many other stores. It offers a lot to anyone who travels through here. BUT it is homeless central here and you do need to walk past and through a lot of homeless and drunk people to get inside and past a HUG thick wall of smoke to get inside. The outside of the station is almost always dirty and makes me want to puke when walking though it, but the inside is normally clean. Therefore i have many mixed feelings regarding this station.
