Instead it was withdrawal of funds to another account cashing the ira and then paying taxes. I had to pay a penalty as well for early withdrawal. This was done before I was able to understand what was happening. And I was then explained there was no going back. I spent 9 months on the phone with staff that didn't know what they were doing. You woukd think they would make it right. I lose. My advice...only use a teller here.

He has three judgments against him and now 3 complaints about the same investment he convinced my elderly mother to join. I'm sure they will keep piling up. He has joined yet ANOTHER investment firm - if you look him up you will see that he just keeps changing firms. I would, too, if I had his track record. He is the worst financial advisor I have EVER seen. And yet Rondout Savings Bank keeps endorsing him. I took all of my mother's money and mine out of their bank. Their interest rates are terrible anyway. I would avoid both the bank and their wonderful *cough* financial advisor. I contacted Cheryl Bowers, their CEO, who did nothing but refer it to attorneys who, of course, did nothing. I am so embarrassed that a female CEO didn't take responsibility for the horrible thing HER bank did to my mother - they love to say they have no affiliation with the financial advisor, but he is ON YOUR WEBSITE! You have yet to choose a financial advisor who knows what they are doing. He has changed firms yet again, but YOU still endorse him. Cheryl Bowers, you are a DISGRACE. My mother died knowing how much she lost because of YOU and YOU ALONE. You have a choice of financial advisors - YOU did this to her. You DISGUST me. I have had wonderful experiences with their managers and customer service, but having lost SO much money with their financial advisor negates that.
