I have had a REALLY frustrating experience with Tax on Wheels. Bernie came highly recommended but it was not an experience I would continue to recommend. We initially communicated via email and he got back to me and told me to drop my income tax info at the office and he would take care of it. I never heard from him after that .. ever. I inquired about how to pay, if my taxes were even done and nothing. I called and spoke with the receptionist after a month and she said he needed more documentation and he hadn't been sent in, so I gave him that. Then I was emailing him and still nothing. Then I called again to see if they were done and the receptionist told me he needed my date of birth, so I gave that. Then I called again weeks later and the receptionist said they were done, so when I went in to pay he still needed a signature???? It was so fragmented, and my taxes were filled extremely late. Only promising factor is that they actually got completed but I pretty much had to beg. Not professional, no customer service, overall never again. read more
