Haley uses all the technology available to gather and process your tax information and you can still drop off hard copies to her -- love this option. She is thorough, professional and always available for questions. Her pricing is affordable and approachable. I HATE doing taxes and Haley makes it so easy, and less painful during this time of year. We had used another CPA our first year in Idaho and his rates were equal to our mortgage payment -- and he forgot to add our capital gains so had to get that fixed in a rush before the due date -- which did not help with instilling trust in his services. Go with Haley -- you will have no worries with her expertise and timeliness. She is GOLD.

My last appointment with Susie I waited almost two hours. Eventually the receptionist told me that he had not seen Suzie all day and WAS aware of my appointment. When I asked the receptionist why she kept me there waiting for nothing I was told that she thought Suzie would show up. I called Suzie several times and was put through to the answering machine each time and was never called back or given a reason why she did not show up. Susie is Extremely unprofessional. Toxic and poorly managed workplace. Management regularly…read moreblamed employees for their own mistakes, which happened several times a week. New hires were under constant pressure with unrealistic expectations and no meaningful support. Turnover was extremely high--most people hired with me either quit immediately or were let go. I was also subjected to an inappropriate comparison to another employee's performance. Although management later tried to downplay it, the situation was uncomfortable and unnecessary and showed a lack of proper leadership and professionalism. I was only there for a short time and was still blamed for large-scale issues completely outside my control. I would strongly caution anyone considering working here.
