I've been dealing with this Tax Service off and on for over a year for an OIC (Offer in Compromise). Thus far I am not completely satisfied with their customer service. The last straw came when my paperwork was returned from the IRS for the second time and 'this' office refused to return my call or answer my email to resolve the matter. For a fee of $2,950 I should not have to chase you down. I'm in the process of requesting a refund and taking my business elsewhere. I had to consistently follow up with this business after providing the information requested, only to be talked to like a completely new person every time I called in. Either that or I was made to feel that I was disturbing "a meeting he was currently having with a client." Hudson seemed to forget I even existed. I'm not sure if its industry practice for potential clients to have to continually follow up on the status of the documents that were requested of them but he definitely showed that I was not a priority. After the continued soft calls, we finally set a time to discuss the forms but when that time came, he was no where to hear from. I emailed him almost an hour later only to find out he was waiting for my call?!? I'm not pleased with the service at all or should I say lack thereof. Run do not walk this company is a rip off. The owner Etienne Hudson took over $4000 from my mother to settle a case with the NYS Tax and Finance and did absolutely nothing. He was absolutely rude to her on the phone and then stopped answering her phone calls. She went to him on a state issue then he starts talking about the IRS. He can't even get his agencies right. The only reason I gave him one star is because it won't allow me to rate no stars. read more
