I am glad that I did. :) The interior is clean, new, and maintained. The color scheme instantly brightened my mood on a cold, rainy day in January. The staff were all very friendly our meal was made super fast. I opted for a platter since I didn't need so much bread, but it still came with two slices of THE most delicious pita I have ever had! Sooooo good!!!! The tzatziki is tasty and the fries are the best I've had here. The drinks are all bottled, and there is no table service. But this was a lunch winner for sure. I don't usually like a place enough to come again, but I will be back to Fresh Greek. Well done!

At this time and age I would think business would be more up-to-date, proactive and welcoming to foreign business/transactions and tried harder to have/keep customers coming back.

My waitress was very friendly and engaged with a focus to make sure I was happy with everything. I had the red house wine which was not too bad. Dry with a reasonable depth of flavour. For an appetizer I had the tadzhiki. It had a nice flavour but was mild on the garlic. Only comment was I was a bit surprised they charged me for a side of pita bread (which was nice, fresh and lightly toasted). How else is one supposed to eat tadzhiki without pita? The moussaka was okay. Not overly hot and I felt the meat was a bit dry. They have big chunks of potatoes cooked in and I would cook them a bit more. Not sure if potatoes can be al dente but there definitely had that texture like pasta that is undercooked by a minute or so. Nice flavour aside from the previous comments. Huge plate, medium size moussaka and nothing else on the plate but for a small pile of tadzhiki. Surprised they didn't add a little side salad, but considering they charge for the pita with the tzadzhiki, I guess I shouldn't be. I liked the atmosphere and the service. Best gyros in town…read more I can only speak to their gyro wrap- I've gotten it so many times and every time it is delicious. They make them like they do in Greece with fries inside the wrap. The Gyro: Hot, soft, fluffy pita. Perfectly seasoned meat roasted on the spit shaved into bite size pieces. The meat is extremely tender and juicy, don't expect dry shavings like you'll find at many doner kebab places. No, this meat is perfection on its own. Thick, tzatziki sauce. Thinly sliced sharp red onion. Tomato. Hot seasoned fries. All for 99kc. Compared to Athens, it is a bit pricey since you can find gyros usually for about $2-3. Compared to Pragues other doner kebab places, it's just a little bit more.. but I think the quality of the food is excellent and worth the price. Hah and of course compared to American prices it's just insanely cheap.. It's definitely a takeaway place though there is one small table. They have a large menu of other Greek specialties, though I cant bring myself to try something other than their gyro- it's just so good! For drinks, they have some sodas, beers, Greek wine and spirits. Come here for the gyros. You won't be disappointed. Actually, no, if you don't want to ruin yourself for other gyros then stay far away. I'll really miss this place when I'm gone.

You can get this in a combo with a drink and fries for 119 czk but be aware that the drink is only 300 mls so it is pretty small. This was a great affordable meal and would definitely eat here again. English of the staff member was limited but you can get by.

For the money I was not impressed with the amount of food (with no drink) was 135 crowns. Also 1/4 of my chicken was fat, not even meat. The fries were basically mcdonalds. The vegetables were cucumber and some lettuce. Random question regarding this place : Do any other people (specifically Americans) feel that they should have hummus here? I asked and the girl told me this is arabic food. WTF. I know many other greek places that make multiple types of hummus, even if she is right and they are arabic who cares??? I wanted some real greek food and this was surely not the spot.
