I think this place is a solid 4 star, but considering how much my husband delighted about his meal and talked about it later (and how gorgeous the place is, and how nice the waiters are) - it gets 5!
I love me some mezes, and these didn't disappoint. The taramasolata was dependable and lovely, as was the tatziki (almost always my favorite). What really won me over here was the feta-stuffed hot peppers! Omg! I have made them twice since we've been home, but of course mine aren't quite as good!
My husband had the white fish (as the place was decidedly fish-centric) and he absolutely adored it. - Aside from sushi, my husband Theron (he's Greek, could you guess?) isn't typically one to order fish, so for him to do so, and even then love it, well that says a lot right there.
My only negative were the beans - not that they were bad, just that I am used to elephant beans at Greek restaus and they are some of my favorite.
Another few positives: The pita bread was fresh and fantastic, the waiters were super nice and helpful to our non-Czech speaking selves, and the interior (and exterior garden) of this place was just plain beautiful.
Definitely recommend!
I also heard it is the longest running Greek restau in Prague. If so, I can easily see why.
Keep up the good work! & ! read more
