My only complaint would be that they make a big deal out of telling you free downloads on their website the next day and there's even a sticker on the photo card that they give you that says the same thing, free downloads. I went on their website the next day, scanned the event QR code and no free downloads. I'm not surprised that there was a charge because they are such good quality. Just stop telling people they will be free if they aren't. I even sent an email asking for an explanation but never received a reply.

Not only are they a family run business but they appear to care as much about their customers as they care about each other. Scott and Jennifer were professional, kind, and creative when it came to helping me host an event. They have a portable photo studio with a backdrop that allows them to take some really amazing high quality pictures. Every guest at the party was given a take home photograph to capture the evening. Props were plentiful and people had such a blast! I can't think of a better group of people to work with for weddings or parties.
