Dealer receipt re-doing work they did not do, but charged me for
    Kip B.

From my google review,... I bought my XTS at Murphy Cadillac where I bought my previous two Cadillacs. Tasca has all of Murphy's business now and all the previous customers. When my air ride suspension compressor went out, on my XTS, I went straight to Tasca to have it repaired. A week later I paid, $1550, $250 of that was a loaner they charged me for. Driving home I noticed the car was tilted to the passenger side. When I got home, I looked under the car and saw that Tasca did not install the new compressor lines that came with the compressor from Delco. Nor did they change the 'ride-height sensor and bracket' that they charged me for. I could see road dirt. I brought it back and pointed out the old parts while the car was on the lift. They agreed that they did not change the parts I was charged for. Stetson, the shop Forman told me he would personally work on my car and put the parts in they they left out, adding, "but it might cost more." Greg Gorman looked at the car, they ordered the new parts and I came back a few days later. When I came back a few days later they took the car to put in the parts that were not installed the first time and would correct the leaning to the right. I came back 4-5 days later, 3rd time there and picked up the car. The cashier got the car for me, there were no service people in sight. When she brought my car out, I could see it was standing way too tall in the rear, about 7" over at the wheel well too tall and 10" at the top of the trunk. The air bags were fully extended to the maximum height. There were no service people there to bring this to their attention. The ride home was bouncy because of the over inflated air bags. When I went back a few days later, I was given a loaner at no charge. 5 days later I received a call from Advisor, Mr. Flood, that the car was in spec, no change needed, and that now I need new front struts which are low making the rear "appear" too high. Now I went back and brought it to their attention the ride height way too high. I got a blank stare and no recourse. They did not correct the ride height. I implored them to connect to the port and adjust the ride height. They would not comment. Weeks later I brought my car to Mike Erdman Cadillac on 520 in Cocoa, Florida. They gave me a loaner and calibrated the ride height in one day through the onboard computer port. Now my car rides level in all four corners and is smooth. That cost me $399.25, money I should not have to have spent. Tasca wasted my time and money and ignored my complaint. I had to resort to a different dealer to correct their errors.

    Our needle in a haystack.

I have officially liberated myself from the clutches of my 2014 Ford Focus!…read more For half a year, I played a high-stakes game of "dodge the dealership." I wanted a car; not for someone to text me "u up? want a car?" every twenty minutes. My criteria were simple: find a "Good, Honest, No-Pressure Salesman"--basically the Bigfoot of the automotive industry and find a car that not only I could afford but also met my needs. I wasn't going to settle. When I started browsing the website, the automated sirens began to wail. My phone was buzzing like a disturbed beehive with calls and texts. But I stood my ground. I made it clear: This is happening on MY terms. That's when I found Mr. Al Sikora. While other salesmen are looming like hungry vultures, Al was operating on a higher plane of human decency. He guided me through the entire process without a single ounce of that "constant hounding" that usually makes car buying feel like being chased by a relentless, suit-wearing grizzly bear. He respected the boundaries, he respected the timeline, and he respected the mission. I found a car on the website that was too good a deal to pass up while driving back from Virginia for Thanksgiving. Al met me the next morning to seal the deal. When it came time to cross the finish line and ink the deal however, Bryan Watkins stepped in to bring the heat and close the transaction. The transition was smoother than the suspension on my new ride. It was a tag-team performance that belongs in the Hall of Fame. 110% Satisfaction, 0 Pressure, big smiles and a 2023 Corolla Cross that I can call my own. If you want to buy a car like a boss--on your schedule, with your dignity intact, and handled by absolute pros--go see Al and Bryan. They turned a dreaded chore into a victory lap.

The Cadillac XT6 was exactly what we were hoping to find, and the whole process--from exploring options to driving off the lot--was relaxed and stress-free. I cannot say enough about this dealership, and I've been purchasing vehicles for a long time! Brand New not Pre-owned. 2024 Nissan Altima with now 22,000 miles I recently brought my vehicle in for service, which included an oil change and tire rotation. At that time, I was informed that my battery was in good condition. However, just a week later, my car failed to start. Following this issue, I had the battery tested twice at Auto Zone as well as by an independent individual, and each test indicated that the battery life was at approximately 25%. Despite this, the service team continues to maintain that the battery is "good" based on their initial assessment and has been unable to provide a clear explanation for why my vehicle will not start. When I inquired about replacing the battery, I was told that it would not be covered under warranty because the battery has not officially "failed" according to their criteria. Instead, I was offered a replacement at my own expense. This situation is concerning, as my vehicle is currently unreliable and poses a potential safety risk. I am disappointed that despite clear signs of battery deterioration, no resolution has been provided under warranty due to policy limitations. I would have expected a more thorough evaluation and a customer-focused approach to resolving the issue.
