I ordered on Friday and paid for Saturday delivery that was offered. Saturday came and went and no flowers were received. Sunday I called and heard their voicemail message indicating they were continuing to make deliveries, so I left a message just to confirm. Later that day the flowers were received by the recipient. However, I never received a call back to confirm. I was disappointed to see what was sent as it looks nothing even close to the picture advertised nor the "Deluxe" I paid for. While I understand that the floral arrangements won't be exact, I just feel that I did not get my money's worth and the wow factor wasn't really received by the recipient. Alliance is a small town which is my understanding so options are limited but service and quality should not be.
