It appears that both the seller and buyer are charged fees as part of the transaction. Third, I have been interested in an item in their shop going on 7 months. I've sent numerous inquiries and have never received a response. Based on what is posted in their consignment fees, you would expect to see prices reduced on items that have remained in their shop. They haven't. In fact, the one I have been following has been moved to the on sales screen and the price was increased $75.00. Very sketchy. Remember - not everyone who lives up here is a tourist..

We had to split the installation into two visits and reschedule a few times due to construction, and they were always flexible and accommodating. They never pressured us to buy a more expensive carpet and even offered to order samples to our home so we could make the right choice. Their customer service was excellent--they genuinely cared about helping us, not just making a quick sale. The installation turned out great, and I highly recommend them!

This place is terrible…read more Their crappy return policy on most items is "no returns allowed" This means if you get something home and it's broken, or infested with fleas, or smelly, goodwill has completely screwed you out of your money. I purchased an overpriced office chair here, and when I got it home, after sitting in it for a while, the chair slowly collapsed beneath me. It was unfixable. But, they don't take returns, so I completely wasted my money there. Also, they DO NOT test any electrical devices at all before putting them out on the sales floor. It is ridiculous that they just shovel every piece of trash they get right onto the shelves, without any look at it's quality or safety. You could take something home only to find out it will burn your house down. Additionally, the pricing here is ridiculous. Whoever is in charge has no idea what they're doing. So many used items for sale here for higher than they would cost new. I have seen worn-out "dollar tree" products here on sale for $5. Lastly, whomever is in charge of sorting must be insane. This store is so overloaded with garbage that you can't find any of the good items. Why is this store cluttered with items that are completely broken and useless? Who needs a carrying case for their collection of 8-tracks? A cordless drill with no battery? Skis with bindings that are so old they were considered unsafe 20 years ago? A kid's bicycle with no wheels? I wish this store was better.

As I walked into the store, I immediately noticed beautiful furniture displays. Among the displays were great textures, color schemes, patterns, shapes, and top-notch furniture that I would gladly buy for my home. I made my way to the back, towards the window coverings showrooms and found a wide display of shades, shutters and blinds. Out of three places I visited, Accent Window Coverings had the most to show. Mark was the salesperson that showed me and my husband around and answered all of our questions thoroughly. He did not hesitate one bit and clearly has the experience to guide customers through big projects. For our consultation, he went to my house and brought all of his samples in multiple bags. It was great having visuals, as it helped out greatly with putting the whole picture together. Mark is kind, professional, punctual, and a pleasure to work with. I cannot recommend him enough. Norwalk is a one-stop-shop for everything you need for your home: window accents and coverings, home furnishings, accessories, bedding, lighting, and floor coverings.
