Why do I have to do self checkout. No registers open. I don't get paid to do self checkout.

Your average Target store. This one's definitely off the beaten path. I almost mistook this area for an abandoned strip mall, it's just so run down and not much around it. About the only thing of interest nearby was a bowling alley down the way from it. Selection at this Target is average, though I found the game section to have a bit more variety than what I've found in other Targets. Not the best place to come to to shop but if you want your staple Target goods, you'll probably find them here. read more

I usually visit the Target on Sterling since it is the closest to my house, but we were out and in a hurry today so we stopped here. I got some Robitussin because I've been having a bad cough for about 3 days now. Voice is half way gone and everything. Anyways, we walk up to the cashier and she asks for my ID. Like I mentioned earlier, we were in a hurry when we left the house so I didn't realize I left my house without it. She said "Well I need to see an ID." I ask "How old do you have be to buy it?" Since I clearly look my age (20) She states, "It's not an age issue." So then what was it?? My boyfriend pulled his ID out, and she just quickly glanced at it and finally scanned the Robitussin. THEN comes the WORST part! I payed with one of those new hundred dollar bills, she takes it from me, looks at it, looks back at me and asks "Is this even real??" Um? I was really mad at that point, so I shot her the nasty, same look she was shooting me. I said "Yes! They're the new hundreds!" and she left us waiting forever to go and ask another cashier!.. When she came back she was laughing, and says "Unbelievable, I hadn't seen these yet. I guess it IS real." Ugh. From now on we will stick to the to the one on Sterling! read more

Terrible target. The manager is so rude! I think she thought I was stealing she came and started looking into my basket and I saw her eyes fixated on my purse. She told the guy ringing me to make sure he scans everything. My card got declined, but once it went through I noticed security following me out. I've worked loss prevention before I know what they were doing. Im still angry because I'm no thief. I won't be shopping there again. read more

I've been coming to this store since the early 2000's. There's an employee that goes by the name Channell! She's a heavy set girl with glasses. She was extremely rude to my girl and I. Cashier asked her for help while we were paying and she pretended to not hear, she walked by with attitude. This one star review is not for the store but for the lack in customer service. read more

This place is so nasty! The last time I came here with my boyfriend we saw a USED condom in the parking lot! So disgusting! I almost threw up!!! I understand that San Bernardino is ghetto especially by the Orange Show area but seriously have some respect! Whoever is in charge of cleaning up the parking lot (if there is someone who does that) needs to be aware of children and respectable adults DO NOT need to nor want to see that! Oh, and most importantly, shame on those nasty individuals who would just throw a used condom in a shopping area like that. I'm assuming it belonged to a cheap corner hooker and some AIDS riddled John. Yuck! Also, regarding the store itself I think it is very dirty and I mostly find random products that have been already tampered with. This is the worst Target in the area! I have been here so many times because it's closest to my house but it's never a good experience. I would rather drive to Redlands than come here. There is always a line with one or two checkers. No one is ever helpful or asks if you need assistance, the store is always a mess with things not in the correct place and the employees look like they hate their lives. Today I asked FOUR people if they could help me find an item that the online store says they have in stock and not one of the employees knew exactly where it was. Even after I showed them where the website says it SHOULD be. I walked around the store for 20 minutes before I called it quits. They all kept telling me different possible locations for the item but no one offered to show me and no one knew exactly where it was. This was the final straw for me at this location. read more

Top Target management in Minnesota is being too concerned with their profits and not enough about what keeps customers, like me, returning. Now, I understand that $$ is what keeps businesses in operation, but bringing in cheap foreign crap and eliminating the products that I want has me going elsewhere. I experienced major discrimination last night. I was picking out some clothing for my kids when I noticed a Latina customer service woman started following around the store. I asked her why she was following me. She replied that she has to make sure I do not loot. I let her know that I come here all the time and I feel racially profiled. I will preface this by saying that I am a devout Target shopper. The great debate between Target and Walmart is pointless. Target is the obvious choice guys. If given the choice between going to Walmart to purchase an item at $10 and dealing with their extremly long lines and general unorganization OR going to Target and spending $15 on the same said item I will choose Target over and over again. With that being said.... I would rather go to a Walmart than visit this Target location again. I've been to many many many Target locations and this one has been the absolute lowest of the lowest. In fact, I've never even been to a Target this terrible before. First: the lack of organization is here is shameful. The ENTIRE section of baby clothes were messy having different outfits on the same rack. Some clothes were just thrown in a pile on a display table. It was impossible to find anything I was looking for. I'd find an outfit that I thought was cute, and not be able to find the size I need. Not only that but there was a lack of variety in general. They were "out of stock" of many items. Second: the ladies restroom was unpleasant. None of the toilets had toilet paper stocked but there were rolls of toilet paper on the ground. Literally...on the ground. There was a faucet that hadn't been turned off, the water was just running. My friend who had been in the restroom for 20 minutes noticed that several employees had come in and out of the restroom and neglected to turn the faucet off. Giving two stars instead of one because the staff that I encountered were friendly, as most of Target staff usually is. read more

Most employees are doing what they are getting payed for and that is to work. I heard some employees gossiping about their coworkers while I was right in front of them. It just didn't seem professional that is why I give this location three stars. Besides the clothes on the floor this location is clean. read more

Worked there for 3 months and got fired because they didn't wanna train me even though I was promised 2 weeks of training instead had 2 days and was supposed to learn everything as I go and they didn't like that I was doing my best cause they wanted me to be experienced in areas I knew nothing about. I had went there and all the employees were not social distancing. The store was dirty and there has been 7 confirmed cases of COVID at this store yet, they haven't shut down! I've been to this location several times and it's so run down. The parking lot, especially at night makes me feel so unsafe, it's not really well lit. I left happy too because they're the only store who has a portable AC left ---there was one and I bought it! read more

This store has more merchandise than Redlands but it lacks a Starbucks and the Cafe is rundown with items unavailable or restocked. I also see homeless people sitting in the Cafe which I feel bad for but I don't think that helps Target either. Hopefully management can upgrade some of these issues? read more

Terrible target. The employees are slow, the store is a mess. With as many employees running around there is literally no one touching up anything & nobody organizing. Children running around touching everything in site. On top of the fact that the lines are ridiculously long with management trying to direct customers to the automated checkout. I came here to buy a few things & had to dodge around unorganized & incompletely stocked aisles to find what I needed. I live two miles from this location, but I'd rather drive to the Redlands Target or the Riverside Target than go here again. This location is in the gutter. read more

The reviews are right. I took a chance & went. Assuming MAYBE they were just all old reviews. Thinking MAYBE they got their act together. But NOPE. I can usually walk around target for hours, leaving with a cart full of things that I didn't even need to buy. However, this was not my experience. The moment I stepped into this Target I wanted To leave. Everything was a mess. The lines were long. I opened up 3 stalls in the restroom before I found a clean one. No napkins to dry my hands. Once again I have to go to this store, and once again I have a problem. The sign said 30% off but scanned full price. I ask the employee about it and she said " we forget to take the sign down". Really that's suppose to be OK?? I went back to the register and told the employee about the problem and she gave me the discount price. If the sign says one price but scan the other price then you get the advertised price. That's how it works. This store is the ghetto store of the chain. The employees just don't know what the hell they are doing, I never see anyone supervising. Everyone seems to be on their own. read more

One of the worst Targets I've ever been in. The lay out is very odd in comparison to other Targets, and while they were in the process of the remodeling, it still seemed like it was missing something...A STARBUCKS. I have not been back to this location, nor do I plan on it...so I am not sure if they were doing the construction to bring IN the Starbucks. The cashier was pleasant, but I had that uncomfortable feeling you get like when walking around a Walmart, and then having to walk out to your car alone in a beat up and unkempt parking lot. read more

Purchased Apple gift card which dud not work I contacted Apple who said I needed to go back to Target. Target refused to give a refund/exchange! Said I need to contact Apple I said I did and even showed them the conversation I had with apple and still refused to provide a refund/exchange. I brought the receipt and gift card and the text message from Apple and still Target would not help. I will never go to Target again!! read more

I haven't been to this store in six months at least. I used to love this store. Last night I went in and they have moved the women's clothing to the opposite side of the store and the shirts on the racks were crumpled. Then I went over to the grocery at the back of the store and the freezer isles were so close you could not get more than one basket through at a time. So disappointing. I won't be back. read more

just found out from Mellissa the manager on duty .... While making a exchange at your Orange Show location that this store has a 24 hour return policy or customer needs to return to the original purchase store? Of course I called customer service and they instructed her to process the return. Mellissa informed me that they have a lot of fraud. I asked her if this policy was because I'm in San Bernardino? She said "not necessarily" Wow! That just answered my question! It gets worse! I called customer service to complain and requested follow up. I got pepperoni pizza and a pretzel and a drink at the cafe... the pizza was upside down. The pretzel had no salt when I asked for salt and was stale. They charged for me a large cup and gave me a small... the cashier gave me attitude when I asked for a larger cup. Food court is no good. read more
