If I could give this store no stars, I would. I went in on Sunday 6/7/2020 to buy baby formula for my newborn twin grandsons, spent over $100 and to my surprise one of the packs of the premixed formulas was expired. I didn't even notice till i had already fed some of it to them. I called the store and the customer service rep said to take it back with my receipt. Of course i'm going to take it back. I contacted "Customer service" on line and they kept saying it can't be since they check expiration dates on their stock every week. Well that's BS or someone is not doing their job. I told them I have the receipt and box to prove it. He said the manager from that store would be contacting me soon. It's been 5 days and haven't heard from them. All i'm saying is please check expiration dates on items you buy. But baby formula....completely UNACCEPTABLE!!! I'm not trying to bash Target cause to be honest with you it's my go to store. I love shopping there, but when something like this happens it gives them a bad name. And to top it off the Customer Service rep that took my call didn't even apologize or anything just said to take it back to the store with my receipt. This target is always fairly busy because it is close to the mall. I like it for the convenience of one stop shopping as they have groceries in addition to all the usual target stuff. I prefer the Lancaster Target though, I can't really explain why, I just like the atmosphere better. read more

This Target is in the process of being remodeled. Because if that, it seems smaller than it usually due to remodeling. Employees seemed sparce when I was searching for one. I went online found the items I needed and came to get those. Makayla, a hell and kind worker-bee found them on the mannequin. Self check out doesn't take coupons even though a cashier is right there!? One coupon is obviously too much work for them. The sales floor people dont talk. Very strange that no one ever asks if you need help. Pharmacy is good but sometimes understaffed. The employees here have an issue with their check stands. Three times in the last two weeks I've been over charged for an item. Today, the man that checked me out rang a planter up twice, when I only bought one. Luckily I caught it and asked him to fix it. I fully understand that target is making adjustments for covid 19. However offering instore pick up and having your "valued customers" stand outside in the heat with absolutely not so much as a canopy is absolutely ridiculous. This Target location recently did some renovations, including to the food center and I must say it looks GREAT! I have never had an issue at this store & don't think I will in the future. Be very careful when buying DVDs at target I just purchased guardians of the galaxy volume two today and found and found out when I scanned it there were two different prices if you get the target bonus material you pay more than you do if you just get the regular Blu-ray DVD digital so they're starting to charge extra for their content it's very misleading I suggest. Scan the DVDs before purchasing to see the price difference so I went with just the bonus material of the Blu-ray DVD digital from 1994 and if I were to get the DVD exact same thing but with targets content it was 22 i've never had to pay extra for target content read more

She proceeded to tell me the system doesn't just add things to the list of charges and accused me hiding a candy bar . I had the worst drive up experience with Nikki (manager) in Guest Services. I explained there was an issue with my order being cancelled for drive up, I asked how to go about repurchasing the exact same order (that I was told was there waiting for me). I was talking to a nice associate, Michael, who was trying to figure out how to help me. He then asked me to hold as I hear someone else interjecting on the call, Nikki - their manager apparently. She insisted I had to go inside to pick up rather then drive up (as I had picked on my order). I explained we had someone who had lung difficulties and was high risk for COVID so we were trying to limit our exposure. She said "there would be no exceptions". He said thats fine that he would put it aside. So i show up and they tell me at the customer service desk there are only 2 and mine is not there. So they got a hold of the team member who pulled them. And she told me that they were surprisec they had them in stock and that the store manager took one for himself since there district manager was going to be there tomorrow.
