I just knew I was tired of not seeing well, even with my glasses. Someone called almost immediately to set up an appointment. After a bunch of tests Dr. Mollman told me I do need cataract surgery and since I also had astigmatism I would benefit from Toric lenses if I chose to go that route. I did decide to go with the Toric lenses so now 3 weeks later, after wearing glasses for 50 years + I have 20/20 vision in both eyes & only use "cheaters" to read small print. Sometimes professionalism and efficiency get in the way of "bedside manner", but Dr Mollman and all the nurses and supporting staff at both clinics and the Surgery Center are all very good at what they do but are also very caring and considerate.

I'm still dissatisfied, and I had to visit a different optometrist to correct my contact lens RX and get treatment for my dry eyes. Again, don't visit this office for your next eye appointment. There are much better optometrists in town and you can buy glasses and contacts online for much cheaper and much less of a hassle. Save your money and find a doctor who will treat you with respect.

The bifocal portion of the lens continually interferes with my distance vision. With no faith in Nationwide's optical staff ability, rude reactions/obvious lack of interest to my requests for adjustments, or to help resolve the problem with my new glasses, I received another eye exam elsewhere, and purchased a replacement rx glasses online at nearly one-third the price for the glasses I paid at Nationwide. Researching various online rx eyeglass business proved helpful to assist me with choosing another provider to purchase eyeglasses I can actually use. Worth looking into online choices for glasses. The site I selected offers a 14-day period to review and return the glasses if dissatisfied. My daughter posted a review of Nationwide whose marketing did reach out to her. After responding to their communication, no other attempt to reach us was made. The glasses totalled over $300 which is a loss for me.
