I love Target's drive-up pick up option. It's super convenient for me to place an order online and have all of my items ready for me when I arrive. I'm notified when any of my items are not available so I can substitute, get it at a different location, or have it shipped. The one thing I don't like about this location is that cell phone service is terrible which makes checking in on the app difficult when I arrive. Other than that, there's plenty of parking and the location is great. They have a grocery section in addition to all of the other items you'll find at a regular Target store. I also love that the app notifies you of any discounts or rewards options for purchases like get a $5 target gift card when you purchase 4 skincare or beauty products. read more

Awful place to shop! accidently left my wallet there which was turned in by " someone" who know's who and when I went to pick it up all of my money was gone! Love this target! It's on the larger side and has a little bit of everything! They have an excellent grocery selection which was a nice surprise for me. They have tons of toddler/kids clothing which is great but also bad for my wallet haha. However, they have great deals with Target Circle and their clearance section. It's a great location for us moms who love to grab a coffee and wander around the store. The store is clean and laid out well/easy to navigate. okay! Started doing shipt and had not ever actually be in this Target before this week. The amount of groceries and selection they have is AWESOME! Wow! there is so much stuff! produce, meats, dairy, processed foods, bakery.. its kind of like its own grocery store honestly. lots of variety and selection. found somethings that I can't get at my local king soopers where i love to shop. I may have to check out target for a future shop for myself and see how that goes. The prices seem competitive and fair. The employees have been really helpful and friendly. Whether out on the sales floor or at the check out line. Everyone seems happy to help you find what you need or get you processed. The store is clean and big with so much selection of lots and lots of items - clothes, outdoor gear, pet items, there is more but I have not had a chance to explore the whole store yet. It has not been cramped or packed or crazy any time i have been in there this week like the grocery stores. I also was looking for home goods and I truly felt I was in another store...it was inviting, great lighting, and had everything that I was looking for. People often criticize Walmart for having clothes that don't last long and for the most part that is true. Some though turn starry eyed towards Target, thinking that the clothes will be of better quality because they are paying more. I am here to contest that Target's clothes are just as low as quality as that OTHER store. I recently bought a pair of pants and sleeping pants here at this store. In almost no time at all (just over a month) they both had holes in them and even though I wore the pants to work often there should be no excuse that the sleep pants got holes in them so quickly. I mean how hard on them can I be? I only sleep in them. At this point I am at my wits end and would welcome any feedback from my readers as to where one can buy good quality pants without burning a hole in my wallet. I mean these days I consider myself lucky if I can keep a pair of pants for six months! FYI, avoid the sweaters too, they too get holes in them in no time at all. read more

Ok I'm really sick of this saying, but I can't deny the truth of it: "A picture is worth a thousand words." Well I don't have a picture, so I'm gonna write a thousand words. Things are always where you think they'll be. Every Associate you pass asks if they can help. When you check out, things will be the correct price. Cashiers look you in the eye, greet you, and thank you for shopping with them. It's these things and more that make Target stand out. You may be asking "Hey Matthew, what is the cherry on top of this excellence sundae you have described?" Well friends, I will tell you. The cashiers have stopped hawking the points system. I don't know if they stopped because of a decision higher-up, or if they just got tired of bugging customers about it, but the absence is appreciated. You hear that corporate? The Archer Farms stuff all tastes like plastic to me. It's pretty horrifying. My ex works as a COOK in a nice restaurant here in town and is actually very good with food. And yet he loves this crap. Baffling. I bought pasta sauce once with an incredibly fancy name. Archer Farms brand. I just dumped it on in the pasta without tasting it, which was a major mistake. I should've gotten watery Hunts over that disgusting mess. If I wanted chunky melted plastic on my pasta, I would buy something labeled "chunky melted plastic" not "pasta sauce". The Market Pantry stuff leaves something to be desired as well. And while I can't recall what I needed right now, they seem to be missing really random things that you think they should have... They have semi-permanent hair color! Which I cannot find anywhere. I love my natural color but go through weird phases every now and then, so was thrilled to see that. They're out of stuff. A lot. For long periods of time. When I'm browsing happily, I get bombarded with perky girls who think I want help. When I actually need help, all I can find are the sulky male employees that seem to be running from me. Slowly, but man are they stealthy. There is a creepy old dude that rides the bus in the mornings and goes on and on about how awesome Target is. He works there. He scares the bejeesus out of me, especially at 6:30am. Starbucks is horrible and I wish it wasn't in there. Their deli sandwiches are surprisingly good... I've tried all of them and I just hate sundried tomatoes but that's not really Target's fault. Yum. Their clothes seem to rock. I've gotten some jeans, bras, and workout clothes from there so far. Everything is holding up really well and is comfy. Walmart stuff tends to fall apart on me after 2 washes so I was expecting something similar from Target. Bottom line, don't ask an employee to help you. They really have no idea what they're doing. Especially not the girls at the fitting rooms. The perky ones that pop out of nowhere might, but good luck finding one when you need it. Also be prepared for a long checkout wait. They have maybe 1 express, and two other lanes open at any given time. Also, a bristly woman told me the other day that I couldn't get change from cash. What? I have a dollar, and you won't give me 4 quarters? Oh you're manager up here. That makes it all better. ...Except it doesn't, and you now sound even stupider. I am so disappointed in this Target. Ever since the store was remodeled this year they can not keep anything in stock! The store is sloppy and the clothes sections are a MESS! There literally are NO socks, NO bra's and NO tights available to purchase for the girls section and they had no other sizes of kids Champion brand clothes other than XS and XL. I understand its a busy time of year but I went down the road to the Loveland location and we found everything we needed. So sad since I used to shop here weekly. Overall I'm a big fan of Target, and the location of this Super Target in southeast Fort Collins is great for me. Furthermore the store is clean and well-kept. But this particular Target has failed me many times, in several key areas: 1. Not enough check-out people at rush hour - as another reviewer mentioned, they do not seem to respond quickly to open enough check out lanes when customers start piling up during rush hour (8-9am, 4-6pm), or even at odd times when there just happens to be 10 people standing in line. 2. Bakery - The bakery is a disaster. Their prices are too high and the quality is sub-par. I have had better in-house bakery items from King Soopers, and that's saying a lot. Meanwhile the per-packaged bakery goods are full of weird preservatives and taste stale every time. The pre-packed muffins are greasy and gross, the donuts are disgusting, Do yourself a favor and skip this section completely. 3. Groceries - In general the grocery section is small and seems like an afterthought compared with the rest of the store. Again, I've had much better luck finding bargains and a greater selection elsewhere 4. Customer Service - There was a product stocked at the Loveland Target that I used to buy all the time. I noticed that the Council Tree Target did not carry it. I stopped by the customer service counter to ask a manager how I might request that it be carried. The answer I got was (I think literally), "Forget it. It will not happen" The policy is that each store gets what it gets, and even an act of God will not change that. I guess I should not fault this store or manager for the (apparent) corporate policy, but sheesh, what a lousy policy: ignore your customers. Nice. 5. Pharmacy - This is the worst Pharmacy I've visited in Northern Colorado. We had all of our prescriptions at the Target pharmacy in Loveland until a few months ago, and the Loveland folks did an amazing job. The head pharmacist actually greeted her regular customers by name, which always amazed me for such a big retail operation. They always had our regular medications in stock and never batted an eye at special requests. In stark contrast, over the past 8 months the Council Tree Super Target pharmacy has never failed to disappoint. It took them numerous tries to get our old prescriptions transferred successfully - FROM ANOTHER LOCAL TARGET. They routinely fail to re-order our regular prescriptions despite numerous requests, so that when we renew an existing Rx, we have to wait a day or two to get it in, even though it's on auto-refill. We have occasionally made special requests such as dispensing certain pills in a bottle rather than a blister pack, or ordering a 3-month supply rather than a 1-month supply; these requests have been acknowledged and then promptly ignored without another word, despite multiple requests. Although the staff has never been outright rude, they certainly do not go to any effort to make things right, or to make you feel that your business is welcome or appreciated. We are moving our prescriptions away from this pharmacy to one of the other nearby retail locations. These folks are relying on the fact that people who are already shopping at Target will just ignore the problems for the sake of convenience. All I can say is, it's just not worth it. *BE CAREFUL AT TARGET, FORT COLLINS, CO* I love the fact that target and the police completely just blew me off in Fort Collins, Colorado.. Earlier today I was doing my regular shopping at target, grabbing a few necessities I needed. When I was leaving I noticed two men mid 20's to early 30's scruffy beards, slim build, off looking going around and placing sticky notes on what appears to me as only female cars, I found it pretty odd so I looked at one and saw that the only thing written on the sticky note said "Call me please, 303#######" with the number. The lady who's car I was parked next to HAD a sticky note on it, she was approaching me when I was pulling off the sticky note. She asked me what it was, and I explained it. She thought it was very strange, then the two men were walking back toward us. I approached them and asked what it was about, instantly he got very aggravated that I was removing the sticky notes from cars. He told me " stop taking them off the cars", I asked what the purpose for them was, he responded "Hail Damage" to what I replied, " if you're going to leave a sticky note on a woman's car that's saying to please call me with just your number it's a little sketchy wouldn't you think." He got more aggravated and cursed me out under his breath and they started to walk away. I went inside TARGET to report it to the security but they didn't have them available, so I got a employee by the name of "josh" to help me, explaining the situation to him and what I saw. During me explaining, it sounded like he wasn't interested in what I had to say at all. So I re-alliterated that target primarily has a customer source of young women and mothers. During the time I was talking to him seemed as if I were bothering him, he kept walking away from me while I spoke to him. I even mentioned can you stop walking away from me and he said oh you can follow me, to which I did. Then he took the sticky note out of my hand, turned around and walked away and talk to another customer.. at that point, I was kind of fed up so I ASSUMED THAT he will do the right thing and give the number on the sticky note to the security at target, that they have there to CATCH this kind of behavior! Then I called the 911 operator and reported it as sketchy behavior and they told me they were transferring my call to a officer and I'd be receiving a call, that would be a blocked number that was at 3:30pm still no call. I then went back to target maybe a half hour later to retrieve the Sticky Note, I realized I never actually got a picture of it and wanted to. When I got to target, I went to customer service and asked for Josh. I was told that he already left for the day, so I talk to the person under him, he said he would go look for the sticky note and see what could be done. When he came back, he told me that he couldn't find it and there is nothing that they could do for me with absolutely no concern. Then he turned around, walked away from me and started talking to another customer as I was STILL speaking. All I'm saying is, I tried, I saw something weird, I reported it and NOTHING WAS DONE. All these companies want you to think that they are in the best interest of your safety, the police force does as well but sometimes they really aren't. SEX TRAFFICKING IS REAL, be aware, carry legal weapons. BE SAFE, it's sad that it comes to this but better safe than fucking dead or in a cage somewhere. I have to share this because it was SOOOOO ridiculous. I go to curbside to pick up my 18 grocery items. When I get there I am told some employee took a bag of groceries OUT of my cart and gave it to another customer by accident. OK, no big deal. But then they say....so you're only getting 5 items of your order. WHAT????? So I ask...well didn't you replace my items that you gave away. "NO...sorry" I am told. But there was baby food and stuff I needed!!!! So I end up having to go in to the store and do my shopping to pick up the necessities that I HAD to have, because no one could figure out that if they gave away MY groceries someone should have just walked over to their shelves and replaced the items in my cart!!!!!!! I'm not a lazy person....I have a medical issue and I stay out of the store as much as I can!! But I guess I can't use Target anymore. read more

This Target is hit or miss. Sometimes it's clean, sometimes it's filthy. The little cafe area tends to be the dirtiest spot. Sometimes I feel like they don't even bother to wipe down the tables. Not the best grocery section but overall had everything I needed. My next biggest complaint is that there are never enough people at the check out lane. Don't ever buy a Target gift card. I bought one at this location and gave it to a friend.....when my friend tried to use it, Target said that someone in Ohio had already used it. Target profited from the transaction but I was ripped off and my friend was embarrassed when she got to the checkout and the card was no good.
