However, I am writing this review because I want to put others fears at ease. While I did not leave with the situation I was hoping to get, I did feel that they did the best that could have been done given my circumstances. The mediator was friendly, real, and respectful. Throughout the process, I felt that the mediator cared and did the best that could be done in my case. I highly recommend the Hutson Mediation Firm.

Scotty Perrin really listens when you talk! That in itself impressed me. She returned all of my phone calls. I believe that part of the positive outcome of my case was mainly due to Scotty being my Attorney. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anybody who is looking for a good Attorney.

Per my request, she took an extra few days to consider whether it would be possible for her (I prayed). It was not. Sad as I was, I appreciate that she does not try to squeeze in cases when she truly does not have sufficient time. She came highly recommended for both skill and ethics, and it quickly became clear as to why. If she is available when you need an attorney, she is an excellent choice. I believe she would have won my case had her schedule allowed for her to accept me as a client.

I have used her services as a mediator many…read moretimes because she not only gets results but does it while creating an affable atmosphere which is conducive to reaching agreements. She has hung in there over five hours in one case to reach a settlement that seemed impossible. In addition, she is an excellent attorney and has been very pleasant to work with when we have had clients obtaining divorces or child custody matters. While always representing her client's interests she has very effectively used honey to obtain her objectives instead of attempting to ram anything down her opponent's throat. I highly recommend her as both an attorney and a mediator. Jeffrey D. Johnson, Esq.

Been trying to contact the IRS for a long time now trying to figure out how to resolve this issue. Today finally made some head way with an actually person at the IRS and they told me we had to have Monk's fix the spelling errors and submit it. Had my wife stop by while she was out and apparently the lady she spoke to says the IRS has to send something before they will go in and fix. The issue the IRS claims its not on file anywhere probable because the names a miss spelled so it never actually filed. The lady at monk's said there system didn't kick it back so it has been file. I'm now on hold with the IRS again to see what it is the lady was talking about. But as of right now this is a 1 star review as I have an issues that according to the IRS should of been an easy fix but someone apparently can't be bothered to do it. As another note the place I went to also tried to look up our 2020 taxes and also couldn't find them in any of the systems. And pretty much told us the same thing and to contact the IRS at a different number. PS: Every time I call this place it says the number is unable to connect. I know ya got Verizon and all but its 2022 please set up Voice Mail or get an answering machine.
