I found her to be lazy, lacking a basic understanding of the laws, and extremely biased towards men or fathers. Throughout my case, I found again and again as though she did not put in the necessary effort to fully understand the situation and provide the judge with the best possible representation and understanding the child's best interests. It was clear that her bias towards men or fathers clouded her judgment and affected the outcome of my case. I would caution others to be wary of working with this attorney, as her laziness and bias can have detrimental effects on the outcome of your case. I would not recommend her services to anyone in need of a family attorney or GAL. If she's assigned to you as a GAL, immediately ask for another one. There was about a month where I was struggling to complete a few online questionnaires they had, due to being a single parent and working full-time, And also because the questions were vague, and I would've preferred to fill them out in person since I didn't understand the terminology. Once that was done, I received the electronic paperwork to start signing a contract for Tiffany Newman to be my attorney. I had some questions before signing a contract with an attorney (rightfully), and since that email the entire attorneys office has not responded to one email. At one point, I attached their reception, their personal assistant, and both attorneys email addresses to the final email, and still no one reached out to me. They wasted my time. It felt unprofessional for them to not respond, even if they chose not to represent me for some reason after all of that. The last email I received from them was April 22, and still as of August 20th I have never heard from them. I do not recommend that you use this Law firm/office. Now I have to start all over with a new attorney.
