On a windy Saturday I decided to start our day with an introductory class and it was such a great pick-me-up. Finding the place was incredibly easy and there was enough parking for a dozen or so cars in their lot. The biz is situated in a cute little house with a nice play area in the back for the kiddos to frolic in before/after class. We went in for the 10am class with Ms. Ryan and were joined by 5 or 6 other kids and their parents. We were the only newbies but Ms. Ryan made us both feel so comfortable. She put a sticker on my son's back to remember his name (lolol) and did a great job at doing so! The songs and dances were easy to pick up on, well, for me an adult lol. My son is in his clapping and dancing phase, so he enjoyed clapping along. I loved that there were moments when they could grab their own instruments and play along - he loved that so much! All in all, an absolutely wonderful experience for my little musician and I. We can't wait to go back!

I am a stay at home mom and my daughter does not have siblings yet so I wanted to make sure she began to socialize with other young children. The music class was just what I was looking for. Parking is no issue with a large private lot. The instructions to get inside the building and to the classroom was relatively simply. We had class today and I was super impressed with how engaging Ms. Jess is. She crawled over to my baby throughout class and really made an effort to engage with her despite my daughter being being seeming unenthused. She was great at keeping everyone engaged and made sure to give each child individual attention. Admittedly, as it was my first class and we started several weeks after everyone else, I felt a little silly dancing around with my baby in my hands. But knowing I signed her up for a music class that would benefit her, however slightly at this age, made it all worth it. I loved all the props and the various stations to clean the instruments that little mouths and sticky hands explored. I understand your position. We do the best we can balancing our time to actually do our work and respond to inquiries. I can't apologize for being successful, and hope you understand our situation." Apparently, answering customer inquiries is not "our work." As for the unforgivably high-handed "I can't apologize for being successful" I would say that if you're that "successful" you should be able to afford to hire someone to answer the phone and handle customer inquiries. Could you imagine leaving your guitar with them and then having to jump through hoops, if not show up in person, to find out if it's ready for pickup? Here are a couple of reviews reproduced here for your convenience: "this place is terrible, no communication with the customers, terrible interactions and no common sense! do not take your instruments here, find somewhere else to take your business. If I could leave 0 stars I definitely would!" "Don't go here if you value your time as they certainly won't. You can't just drop off a guitar during normal business hours, you have to make an appointment. No problem! I took the first available appointment (10:30am on a Friday) and notified my employer that I would have to pop out of the office that day to drop off my guitar. When I arrived the door was locked and lights were off. No problem! I'm 5 minutes early I'll just wait. When 10:35 rolled around, I decided to call their number. No answer but the voicemail system recommended I text them. So I left a voicemail and sent a text and then waited in my car. I waited until 10:50 for a response before I left. When I got back to my office, I received a very curt response that they had arrived at 10:45. No apology for no call/no show, not a single attempt to make it right.
