They're really good but not necessarily anything different from other food trucks in the area. Their specials are a neat difference but not enough. I also like their cute seating for kids. The chicken taco was pretty plain except for bites where I got slices of orange onion. I don't know how they were cooked or why they were orange but they made it delish. The al pastor taco was good but dry. To Try: Quesadilla Torta Liked: - Arroz - Taco al Pastor - Taco de Pollo (ask for extra orange onion slices) Disliked: - Salsa

The dough was a little too thick. Tacos for the price were small. Chicken taco was fresh but basic. Al pastor were better. Experience was ruined for me by the lime. I like to put lime on my tacos but they were cut so small I couldn't actually squeeze them without getting the juice all over my fingers instead of the taco.

Unfortunately, I wasn't really that impressed with the food itself. The food comes out on a plate, which isn't the sturdiest, and the tacos were all just ok. This place is pretty great. For real…read more.. I have driven by here hundreds of times and never stopped. Honestly, I get a little nervous when eating from a food truck. This particular truck is especially shady looking. I am sorry, but that is just how I feel. I had stopped once before and stood in line to order. My nervousness got the best of me when I was watching the crew working and I left without ordering. It took Thomas's review to finally pull me in for a meal. I am glad that I got over it because it was great! I ordered a Rib Plate and some Smoked wings. I was taken care of by "Mrs. Jessie B" and what appeared to be either her young daughter or possible granddaughter (don't get mad at me Mrs. JB if you read this and you are too young for grandchildren). They were extremely pleasant and worked quickly to prepare my order. The proteins are cooked/smoked on a big grill set up right next to the truck. They had a guy out there tending to it and pulling orders as they came in. Huge pillars of smoke bellowed out every time he opened the grill. He called some people over to check out what he had going on over there. They looked impressed. I was watching timidly because I am weird and all. I get my food and head to the house. My car smelled fantastic on the drive. Upon opening the boxes I was pleased to see some awesome looking and smelling food. The ribs were great, tender, smoky, meaty, perfection! The sauce was homemade, I am sure of it. You can see the seeds in the sauce and it is just the right thickness. These were in the top 10 ribs of my life and certainly worth many repeat visits. I could go on and on, but... The wings had a great flavor. I had them without the "sauce" they offered because I wanted to try them without anything so I could judge them solely on the rub and the smoke. I love to smoke my own wings and these were pretty close to some of my best attempts. My only minor complaint on any of the food is that they could have been cooked a little longer. In my opinion, they were a little under done. They were fully cooked, but still a little too juicy for me. This was nothing a 10 minute run through a 392 degree oven couldn't fix. While I ate my ribs I let the wings finish off in the oven. I swore I was going to save my wife some as she was with the kids and dress rehearsal for dance. I wanted her to try this stuff because it was so good. That almost happened... I think she a got a wing and some slaw (only because I don't eat it). I had consumed everything else in a fat man rage. Oh well, I guess I will have to go again and get more next time. I wonder if they sell whole racks of ribs. I will see and leave a tip if they do. If you beat me here, let me know what you find out.
