She began with Palliative Care and transitioned into Hospice Care. Navigating care is an incredibly daunting journey, but having them by our side made all the difference. What stood out most was their unfailing promptness; whenever we had a request for supplies, equipment, or medical advice, they responded immediately. Beyond the logistics, they are truly compassionate professionals. They didn't just treat my mother as a patient; they treated her with dignity and our entire family with kindness. During our most difficult moments, they provided the wisdom and guidance we desperately needed. They helped us understand what to expect and gave us the peace of mind to focus on being present with my mom rather than worrying about the details of her care. If you are looking for a team that is transparent, reliable, and deeply caring, I highly recommend Maximum Care Hospice. Thank you Max, Victoria (our nurse), and Aylin (comfort care nurse) for everything! We could not have gotten through my mom's last few days without you! You were a blessing to our family!

As soon as we decided to switch to hospice care, we've been in touch with a few places but Maximum Care Hospice felt most transparent and comprehensive. Other places were a bit unclear about who is coming from where and what exactly is being provided with hospice care. Switching to hospice care was a difficult decision, but we are so happy to have chosen Maximum Care. We had a wonderful nurse Victoria. It was a short seven days but she provided all the support that we needed. There was no judgement whatsoever (my father was difficult) and she was very respectful and kind. We had a somewhat unusual circumstance, where the police had to be in touch with them (due to my father's passing as a result of a crime), but they handled it all very graciously. Equipment delivery and pickup was excellent. They are contracted with a place called St Joseph's and every staff from there was respectful and friendly. We also had a wonderful woman come to bathe my father before he passed away She was very thorough and efficient. I believe she isn't an employee but someone who is contracted to provide personal care to several hospices, but she had told me that she tries to take every job requested by Maximum Care because they treat her very well. When my father passed, Victoria came immediately and connected us with their recommended mortuary. My cousin, who is experienced with contacting mortuaries at her church community, was very impressed how seamless and "easy" Maximum Care made the process. Thank you again, and I will forever recommend Maximum Care Hospice to anyone who needs hospice care providers.

I urge you to carefully consider this before contracting with any hospice provider. Unfortunately, our experience with Faith & Hope made an already painful situation even harder. In April 2025, my mom suffered a massive stroke. She was placed under Continuous Care (CC), which meant she required critical, around-the-clock nursing support. We were told her case would be re-evaluated after three days. However, the care was stopped in less than 24 hours and we were given only 4 hours' notice that services would be discontinued. At that point, it was clear our needs no longer aligned with Faith & Hope's philosophy of care. We scrambled to hire private help on extremely short notice. That night, my mom was in significant pain & experienced agitation. She needed her medication adjusted and an increase of the dosage frequency to help manage her symptoms. The next day, we made final attempts to Faith & Hope to reassess mom's eligibility for CC, even though the on-call night nurse, when we asked, did acknowledge that we were free to seek another hospice provider. We waited all day for a response from Faith & Hope, but heard nothing. Faced with another evening without adequate care, we transferred my mom to a different hospice. They gave us the right care without hesitation. Sadly, our mom passed away only 4 days later. The only positive experience we had with Faith & Hope was with Nurse Theresa. She cared for my mom with compassion, dedication and a true commitment to patient advocacy. Theresa's thoughtfulness and support helped guide my brothers and me through an incredibly challenging time, and for that we are deeply grateful.

I paid $1200 out of pocket, only to find out that the wheelchair was far too large for my mom's small frame. Their referral would not exchange the wheelchair for a smaller size, nor would they refund any of my money for a wheelchair my mom was unable to use. I was stuck with the entire bill of $1200 and they provided no financial assistance whatsoever I ended up donating the wheelchair to the nursing facility. The worst experience of all occurred the day my mom passed away. They delivered my mother's body to the wrong crematorium, which was located approximately 30 minutes from the correct funeral home. lNever received an apology, nor did I receive a call or a single response from them, despite my countless attempts to contact them by phone, email and text. Horrific experience!!! I wish I could give them ZERO stars

I'm still trying to find out why they had her on morphine when she was not in pain. I talked to the Roze Room nurse on our second meeting two days later. All he would tell me about was his wife's cancer. He kept saying my sister was on comfort care. the comfort care that they gave my sister was morphine. She went from the point of eating food to being on baby food within the month that they had her. She was so drugged up she was not eating for days at a time. She died a month after she was drugged up due to her body shutting down due to lack of nutrients. (In my opinion) She had a prognosis of six months to a year. She was not eating because she was on morphine and drugged. If you put your family member on Hospice, make sure it is once they are truly needing the Hospice due to pain. Learn from my mistake.

The last thing families need during these difficult stressful times is added stress from terrible cavalier, and lacking service. They refuse to accept their horrible mistake which is the TRUTH. I did NOT have a problem with mom getting discharge I am very thankful for it as I am thankful she transitioned from hospice to home health, I did have a major problem with their disgusting discharge procedures, their refusal to take responsibility for the wrong information Maria gave me would affect my elderly mom's well being. My mother's discharge was atrocious and very poorly handled, yes she was given a 2 week supplies and equipment after discharge however this does NOT excuse them for the terrible treatment the last day. I would even consider it inhumane. 2 days before the medical equipment was supposed to be picked up a nurse named Maria informed me that NO date was actually set for moms medical equipment to be picked up. (Wrong information) 48 hrs. later and about 1 hour before mom's bed time a receptionist by the name of Samantha informs me by telephone that law enforcement would be called out if I did not surrender the hospital bed, I was shocked and panicked and in utter disbelief. Yes I elevated my voice I was outraged for the handling of their mistake and the misinformation they gave me and to be told the police would be called out if mom did not surrender the hospital bed. I had to call public health to investigate their terrible discharge practices, ** the investigator advised me on 2/16/2024 to share my experience so others would be made aware of my experience. They did NOT care when I informed them that mom would be sleeping on the floor because of their terrible mistake, the case manager named Vera korkanovic declined to speak to me to defuse this matter, or to find a resolution. The owner Tali Fayfel refused to speak to me as well. She later calls screaming at me. The receptionist screamed at me talked over me and repeatedly told me moms hospital bed was going to be picked up that evening no matter what! In panic and in the evening hours I began taking out some medical equipment outside, I had no idea how mom's health would be affected sleeping on the floor that night. ****The only nurse that stood out from everyone was a nurse named DAMARIS she was consistently caring, professional, and patient. ** I did email hospice to let them know I would be sharing this horrible experience so other families would not have to go through this.
