Checked out their new location at the Pointe at Barclay. It's located next to waxing the city. Inside there are four small tables, three countertop stools, and comfortable couches for sitting and outdoor 2 tables. This would be a nice casual spot to catch up with a friend over boba drinks. They have a sign at the front door that requests you to fill out an order form before going to the counter. There are some snack items, including Pocky, Yan Yan, Hi-Chew. I tried the popular special-tea slush tea drink called White Dragon, which is a mixture of white peach and passonfruit flavor with your choice of tea. I chose black tea and added boba and mango jelly for an additional cost. I only had to wait about a couple of minutes for my drink to be done. The drink itself was good and sweet, but not overly sweet. The boba was good, chewy. The mango jelly was also good-they were shaped as cute stars. My only complaint is that I could not taste the black tea. Otherwise, it was a refreshing drink to have on a hot day. They have other interesting drinks that I look forward to trying next time.

I had never tried Boba tea before so this was my first experience not only at this place but with this product. I came in the side door so missed the sign where it explains you fill out a form and turn it in to order. The girl working was very nice. There are a lot of options and being new to this it was slightly confusing and overwhelming. I decided on their strawberry shortcake milk tea drink using green tea. I missed some things so when I turned it in the girl working asked me a few questions to help finish my order. There were strawberry bubbles/poppers in my drink, which was a fun new thing. The space itself was welcoming with a few tables, a comfy couch and bar seating along the window. I'm glad to know about this place and have a new drink option nearby. There were a lot of interesting menu items so i definitely want to go back and try and few more things.

Omg, such a cute place!! Parents be warned they have plushies that are so cute...of course we are visiting and this is all they've asked for so I couldn't say no. They have a huge selection of flavors and they make it an easy and quick experience by giving you a form to fill out while you wait in line!

What a neat find @ Barclay Pointe , it's located near Crave HotDogs and Barbecue. It's cozy inside , a few tables and chairs . The staff are super friendly and helpful . I had no idea what to order , but I got walked through the menu options , came away with a milk tea, classic , it was an iced beverage. I love the top it came with , not a snap on , it was a sealed to the cup . It was super tasty and dreamy . A place I will definitely return to .

Locally owned in Wilmington!! Support small business. Love the variety of options and it can't be a bit overwhelming with the paper pad menu. It doesn't really explain what a Frostea includes so it's ice cream with their nondairy creamer so you can help gauge your sugar level if you order that option. I've only been to traditional bubble tea places with either milk or slush tea, so that was different . Also the poppers added will make it extra sweet as well, I've only seen those at FroYo places. We ordered vanilla chai twist with n classic milk tea with tiger brown sugar drizzle and boba-25% sugar and it was just right not too sweet and so full of flavor. The other frostea was blueberry vanilla chai with blueberry poppers at 25% sugar and soo sweet so next time would do 0% sugar due to poppers are pretty much 100% sugar. Love the decor and atmosphere. Typical couches and chill space for boba places.

Powder based milk teas. But it was pretty good. Definitely not on the same level as KFT or Meet Fresh but was a good experience. Lean in, get the powders and popping artificial flavors your heart desires. Interior is clean

I absolutely love this place, love the vibe and the aesthetic. My friends love this place just as much as me, service was great and very quick!

The tea is so yummy. My family and I came to visit over the weekend and we stopped in 3 times. The owner is a very nice young man who takes pride of what her serves to his customers. We will be back every time we visit Wilmington.

Green tea, light white peach flavor, with strawberry poppers (they were heart shaped!)

Really enjoyable fully customizable teas. Staff were helpful and the flavors were great. Perfect little afternoon pick me up. They were pretty busy but staff cranked the teas out quickly. Looking forward to more visits. Only wish nutritional values were made available.

Cute holiday sign. They make their own whipped cream!

** I would like to note ahead of time I have been going to pho cafe for YEARS and have raved about…read moreit to all my friends and family. It's been my #1 pho spot in all of wilmington- so I am GREATLY disappointed and feel robbed** I called ahead to place an order for beef pho ( which they prep batches 8 hours ahead of time, AKA premade, not yes distributed) and bánh mì. After giving payment over the phone I realized I needed to call back to request no cilantro (or basil) due to concern for the nationwide outbreak of Cyclospora (if you haven't heard of this, please look it up and be cautious/ aware). This is a parasite linked to cilantro, basil, and bagged salads causing severe illness such as diarrhea and vomiting across the nation, starting on May 1st, 2026. So I called the restaurant back to request the accommodation, they proceeded to tell me that they "do not do accommodations or alterations". I explained to them that if they could not accommodate me, I would like a refund for my order because I no longer want the food due to not wanting to risk it (this food was going to be dropped off to my pregnant sister, moreso reason to not want to risk it!!). They responded and said they neither cannot accommodate a refund or my SIMPLE ask to remove cilantro and basil. I told them I would reach out to my bank if they cannot proceed with proper customer service and they basically hung up on me. I walked into the establishment and told them in person why I wanted the refund and informed them of the nationwide outbreak.. the woman (owner) told me that their distributor (Sysco) would give them a heads up if their cilantro was contaminated. I looked it up, and CDC has not yet been able to identify specific suppliers YET (so obviously Sysco is still a POSSIBILITY, again, that I don't want to risk). I informed the owner of my research findings and she proceeded to refuse a refund, stating "making accommodations is inconvenient and we would lose profit if we were to refund you" , even though I did not take food home with me because I no longer wanted it. Owners argued the food was already made, which I argued back that the broth is prepped HOURS ahead of time and their veggies are pre bagged, so nothing was cooked on the spot for me that wasn't already prepped. I told them being denied my refund is basically stealing my money since I am not taking food home and I continued to press for a refund. They told me they were going to call the police and asked me to leave. I got in my car and waited and called the non emergency police department to get advice on the situation. The police department told me to contact 'The Better Business Bureau East Coast ' as it was not a lawful situation. I re-entered the establishment and told them I'd be doing so as well as leaving a Facebook review. At the end of the day, I will be contacting my bank for a refund due to being DENIED one by the business. However, I do want to put it out there that Pho Cafe has HORRIBLE customer service, I am absolutely appalled. Yes, I agreed to payment, but once found out accomations could not be made, I requested a refund almost within two minutes of my order. I am human, I sometimes think to ask for accommodations after the fact. However, that does not give right for an establishment to refuse proper customer service and any flexibility to refund or even give a credit for once the outbreak is cleared if they CHOOSE to only serve their meals with cilantro and basil and CHOOSE not to accommodate other preferences. Have a nice day everyone, Pho Cafe lost AT LEAST ONE customer today. What a shame.

First time we had waited 1 hour for our first tray of sushi to come out and had to ask the bartender to check for our food while the manager was aware and kind of scuffed.second time we went was faster service but still had to wait 40 Minutes for our trays of sushi. Our last time going July 23rd was met by a dirty sticky table then we were asked to move to another and then they sat someone else there without wiping it down. we watched as a table of 9 was able to all be served there 4 course hibachi meal and their server check on them over 5-6 times within the time of us still just having our waters after almost an hour of waiting we did finally get our seaweed salad (cold) no needing to be cooked without silverware or chopsticks to the point where we went to the front and asked why it's taking so long and why we watched a whole table of 9 get finished and almost leaving and also the tables near us that arrived 20 minutes later than us get their sushi trays . They checked to see if it was done we continued to wait another 20 minutes now a total of 1 hour 30 minutes and finally got our first tray of sushi. The night continued to just be an exhausted wait to the point where we just wanted to leave and our appetite just wasn't there anymore . We have only continued going because they are the only ones that do our favorite sushi rolls with such terrible service each time that we know what to expect now and since there's such disregard from management they really don't care . We overheard our waitress saying to the table next to us our sushi is backed up (you guys know the drill here ) right after we had complained to the front desk about such a long wait and drive in total it's just not worth it . If you do choose to go here , expect a 30 min -1 hour wait to be seated , then once you're seated expect another 45-1 hour of wait on food and hoping you still Have an appetite after waiting so long .
