They gave emergency appointments late in the day, granted you may not see the doctor you normally see. But you'll get seen the same day, without the extra expense and stress of going to an urgent care center. I used Doctor Budi who was an excellent doctor to work with. She was kind and courteous whilst showing genuine concern for my health. She did always have cold hands, but with cold hands comes a warm heart. I may have been one of her few male patients, for I hear that she mostly works with children. I'm a child at heart so I was happy.

I used Dr Doud for the hernia surgery and I would definitely go back him. I believe I reviewed him separately than this review. Additionally I felt comfortable with the anesthesiologist, Will Kirk, who was very thorough and addressed my concerns. From the nurse anesthetist.

The audiologists have always been great and its so convenient to have everything right there. My elder mother and I were waiting in the room for a very long time before I finally went to the front desk to ask if we are going to be seen and if I can get copies of her medical records. I was told that we cannot get our medical records until a doctor signs off on it. They could not tell me if the doctor will sign off on the records or not. I was told I can not get money back for the cost of appointment even if I am not seen. When the office manager came out, she started telling me how they are short staffed, and someone had a baby and COVID. I do not understand why she was telling me personal life stories of her staff. Long story short, the doctor finally came out just to literally turn around and walked away from me to go to see another person! When the doctor finally became available 2 hours later, he started talking down to me like I am 5 years old. He asked me to look him into his eyes when he talks to me!!!! What was that??? I have no idea. I was never so disrespected in my entire life. Never mind I had a surgery on my eyes 3 days earlier and I was wearing special medical glasses and if that doctor went to a medical school, he should have recognized it. Regardless, no one ever talked to me this way. In any case that was rude and unprofessional. The doctor spent ridiculous amount of time talking down to me and telling me long stories about his other patients. The doctor also told me that he did not like how I was not properly translating what he was saying to my mother. That was a ridiculous statement. How does he know what I was saying? Also, she speaks English, and she understood what he was saying without me translating. Again, even my mother felt insulted. That was unprofessional. The entire experience was ridiculous. I was talked down to, disrespected, yelled at and I had to wait 2 hours for an appointment which was useless. I will never be back.

There is only one thing I would say is very negative is the girls at front desk when you arrive for your appointment. They don't smile and are pretty rude. To be in a position greeting patients they should at least smile, they act like they hate being there and are bothered to help you get signed in. If you can get past them, you should do fine with the good experience with Dr. Hakim.
