Klacht bekend geen andere tafel beschikbaar Nog 2 keer melding gedaan. Ook aan een meisje wat er net haar eerste dag werkte. En komt met het verhaal precies zo als haar collega's ook al hadden gedaan geen plek en klacht bekend. Dus helaas. Moeten maar door eten want er is geen oplossing. Bij vertek toch maar weer ons ongenoegen melden. En wat schetst onze verbazing. Hadden bij de Bali moeten komen en melden dan hadden we ons geld terug gekregen.. Wattttt is ja 3 keer ja 3 keer gemeld maar niet na 2 uur eten.. wat wij wel niet dachten. Ja hoevaak moet je melden. En dat heet vertrouwen in de mensen. En nu dit. Ja ik weet van niks. Ohhhh dus personeel liegt alle 3 dus los van elkaar. Nee dat zeg ik niet zeg ik niet. Jawel dat doe je wel. Want 3 keer melding en dat toch zo blijven vol houden. Waardeloos. En dan krijg je een tegoedbon aangebonden van 15 euro. Nou nou. Steek die maar in je reet Echt. Nog nooit zo slecht behandeld. Ben blij dat er heel veel mensen stonden en het verhaal ook geven meegekregen. Wij hebben ons verhaal al bij de ombudsman gemeld en ook naar het programma kassa. Want dit mag echt iedeeen weten. Hoe jullie je klanten maar ook je personeel behandelen. Tis niet voor niks dat je zo vaak nieuwe gezichten bij jullie ziet. Maar ons verhaal gaat ook op elke beoordelingssite. For reference, I tried their sushi bar, their general Mongolian Wok station (mostly veggies with a bit of meat), and their seafood/meat-focussed grill station. Everything was very good. The Dutch friendliness of all the staff - the receptionist, the table runners, the cooks at the wok/grill stations. The laid back, professional and clean ambience of the restaurant in such a surprising place gives this place high markings- 5 stars!

The chips that come with it though look like bagged nachos. They should put French fries on the side instead. My travel mates ordered French fries. I hadn't tried then on my Netherlands trip yet. We walked in and were transported to a Buddha bar, modern ambiance with gorgeous furnishings and comfy velvet booths made even more comfy and opulent by lumbar bolster pillows. A welcomed warm(er) temperature allowed us to remove outside jackets, scarves and hats. The gracious manager pulled over a coat rack sso we could hang everything without risk of spilling or falling on the (spotless) floor. Lots of room between diners so plenty of privacy in an open concept grand dining area. This would fit in Vail or any other high end resort and be packed all the time. The food was fantastic! We had seven diners who ate a variety of selections. All were delicious! Tom Gai soup, fish and chips, classic Dutch sandwich, smoked salmon, veal croquet and a tomato soup that was nothing short of fantastic! Even my husband who doesn't like tomatoes ate all his soup. Restrooms are clean, spacious and private. The beer options were excellent. Plenty of ice when asked for my soda which doesn't often happen for this American. Everyone in our group thoroughly enjoyed the food, service and ambiance. Highly recommend!
