When we arrived the owner was finishing up with a customer so we had time to look around and select our forever bracelet. I love the concept of getting a custom piece of jewelry made, that doesn't come off. I have a copper bracelet that I never take off so this was right up my alley! I'm a huge fan of rose gold and copper and my one complaint was that there wasn't much of a selection of charms. The owner was super sweet and nice and explained how hard it is to get rose gold charms. I just wish there were more charms in general, they didn't even have to be rose gold. The supply was just kind of low in general. I ended up selecting a rose gold bracelet and two cute pearl charms. I love my bracelet so much and my bestie and I had a great time picking out our custom jewelry. It was also really cool to watch her literally weld the jewelry together on your arm. She was really safe and explained everything in great detail. I also bought these super cute earrings from a separate business in the shop too!!! I highly recommend this spot!

Alexandra has a lot of knowledge about quality products. She used a keratin on my hair that can be washed out right away, leaves my hair looking great, and lasts 3 months. I'm thrilled. My cut is flattering and when I've wanted to tweek my look (often bringing in photos), she has done a great job. This young woman is smart, knowledgeable and fun. And then you go to buy said lotion, and it's still super expensive. I bought a product that the girl made me think was going to be free, and then last minute it wasn't. I just want to tan, without being hounded by some fake sales pitch. Even when I went to cancel my membership, she tried to get me to stay on and pay $7 a month to freeze my account. Haha! Not this time you tanning siren! I did love getting spray tans here, but sometimes the machines were not working. Many other times, water would drip from the top for some reason and ruin my spray tan. For the money I was wasting, I am happy to self tan myself from now on.

Besides thos location being inconvenient, the staff was unsure of how to handle our transferred membership. The manager ended up modifying our plan in the system to "make it work". After our contract term expired, and getting used to tge beds at that location, we decided to renew for another year. We have always paid in full for a year. The manager refused to take an all cash, paid in full account. She insisted on is paying monthly. One would think a company would gladly accept a lump some cash payment. After reluctantly agreeing to be billed monthly, the nightmare began. Every month we experienced a problem with billing and our credit card company. The manager would correct the issue and issue a credit for their error. Suddenly, that manager was transferred to a different location. The new manager ended up suspending our account due to a billing issue. Upon review, she said the previous manager was charging us incorrectly, despite us having a contract for the amount we were being charged. She said she spoke with the District Manager (who is the franchise owner) who was adamant about not living up to the valid contract and price we had. This ended up being a horrible experience and we would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!

Being a PNW native I am pale pale pale! I was always hesitant to try spray tans because I was afraid of looking like Snooki. I first tried Tans by Steph before a girls trip to Vegas. I was amazed at how natural and glowing I looked, my confidence was instantly boosted and there was not even the slightest hint of orange. The results were so good that when I got engaged one of the first appointments I booked for my wedding was a tan with Steph. We did a trial run for my bachelorette party which eased my overly stressed bridezilla mind, and she NAILED it for my wedding day. I looked natural, glowing, and healthy (unlike my normal pasty sun deprived complexion lol) Stripping down in front of someone is intimidating and vulnerable but Steph is such a warm and lovely person that you soon forget you're in the nude and feel like you are just chatting and laughing with one of your best girl friends. Steph is absolutely amazing! I have been getting sprays for several years, and found Steph a few months ago, and WOW, I feel that I never knew what a good spray was until I met her. I typically get sprayed every two-three weeks, each time I get a consistent, natural looking tan that gives me a glow for days. I also have fairly sensitive skin, so I appreciate the thought she has given to each product she uses. I am able to get a spray, and continue on with my day, not feeling sticky or over sprayed. Steph made me feel so comfortable from the first time I met her. She has wonderful advice for spray/skin care and maintenance. There's nothing normal about standing naked in front of person as they spray every inch of your body but Steph not only makes it completely normal & professional but an incredible & fun experience all in one. She's a true talent! I'm no stranger to spray tans and Steph's are without a doubt the best in town. They last longer than anything else I've used & are never blotchy. My pumpkin spice white girl skin has never looked orange like Paris Hilton circa 2005 or crispy burnt like a guido applying chapstick. Shes knowledgeable, fun and comes to your home! My spray tan from Steph turned out amazing! It lasted exactly a week with one of the tanning extender lotions I bought from her. Just as it should! Other spray tans I've had always washed off within a few days even with proper care, but this one didn't. The process was simple and easy and you get to pretty much see the color instantly! I wasn't sticky afterwards either which was awesome. That's always the worst part to me is being sticky for 6+ hours ! That wasn't the case this time though. My go to spray tan from now on. read more

Steph is fantastic! I've done numerous spray tans over the years, all the way from a booth to one on one in studio, and Steph is the best. She ensures you achieve the look you're wanting by asking great questions, paying attention to detail, and taking her time. Her studio is so cute, and she also is great to have visit your home as well with her mobile spray tanning. I also had a bad eczema flare up at the time and she knew just how to conceal it, you couldn't see it at all for the event I had the next day!
