I had an awful experience, the receptionist I dealt with was too busy talking to other customers, she rushed me and i believe recommended the wrong amount of minutes. I believe her name was Helen, as I heard another customer say her name, she didn't give me any instructions on how to use the sunbeds, as Im A beginner when it comes to sunbeds and it was my first time at this particular shop. Furthermore the shop was untidy, and I was recommended 9 minutes, I come off burnt and was in quite a bit of pain. Maybe they should offer a consultation or something before recommending 9 minutes to a beginner.

Serviced by a few wonderfully friendly nature ladies I've so far always felt wery welcome, unhurried and satisfied with the excellent sunbeds and value for money. £70.00 buys me 120 minutes and all I need is 6 minutes twice a week to maintain a safe natural looking tan and this is my 4th week. I went for the stand up bed, which was clean and looked quite new. Great service, speedy and efficient, plenty of information everywhere on what tanning involves. They also have spray tanning. Really busy little high street, it seems such a popular area that even their one main carpark was full! I would recommend The professional Tanning studio and will be going back, fair prices and nice and easy to just stop in.
