I was suffering daily with crippling pain, then I took a fall and broke my back and my shoulder. For two consecutive months and several phone calls to the office the doctor still refused to offer a different medication protocol. At my last appointment with her she didn't even look up from her computer once to look me in the eye, she acted as though I wasn't even there. Then when I picked up my prescription I didn't recognize a new medication she gave me (since she never even told me she was adding anything) when I looked up the medication I saw that one of the common side effects was dizziness and brain fog! I had taken 4 falls in the 6 months I had been seeing her; I live alone and falling is a true danger. I called the main office to ask for a transfer to a new physician, I did not give the reason. Two days later I received a text message demanding that I report to their office withing three days for a mandatory drug test! I attempted to call the office manager 3 times with no return call. When I went to the pharmacy the following week to pick up my monthly prescription I was told that the doctor cancelled it! So now I am in the position to endure great pain until I can secure another doctor........ I despise this place
