I politely explained that he would show up with a printed version of the endorsement and all they needed to do was let me know if that would be acceptable to them. Again they refused to answer the question. I called another test center in Auburn, asked them the same question and they said "of course" I would avoid Brainseed, they are incompetent with the simplest of tasks. I won't be sending any more students . Easier to drive 15 extra minutes and go to Auburn.
