I noticed he didn't file all of the old polish and continued to fill acrylics skipping a lot of steps. As if someone that comes in to get a fill is not worthy of their time paying $45 for a fill. If you plan to pay with plastic a fee of $3 will be applied. Service was super quick and sloppy. Under 24hours later I noticed black lumpy dots on my nails. I went in looking for a simple solution. Instead man turned his back to me as if I didn't exist. He decides to finally face me, answering in a defensive voice not wanting to check my nails. Instead he asked to have his customers check my nails and get their approval/opinion. A woman agreed she could see and feel a very noticeable lump. An employee to angel nails tried blaming the person that originally did the full set. That wasn't the issue, issue was a bad polish and instead of fixing the problem they decided to announce it and make a bigger deal than it should have been. This is the first and last time I bring my business to them. A customer is always right and admit to your mistakes and cheap product. If a polish is bad and old trash it and save a customer that will end up bringing you more business in the long run. Oriental woman lightly filed ONE nail and was yelling "I'm not fixing the rest!" WOW!! Needles to say they not very business savvy.

Also, on 5 occasions, I told her it was extremely important all my hair was long enough to put in a ponytail (for safety reasons at work). She cut my shortest layer to maybe 2". Then charged me $195. I contacted the owner & she offered me a $99 gift. Are. . So the service I received was worth $96? My color doesn't even slightly resemble the picture I showed her & it'll be months before I can put my hair up.
