I must acknowledge the friendly and helpful employees behind the counter; they were always courteous and professional. However, I encountered significant issues with Zoom Tan's corporate and customer service that left me frustrated. One glaring issue occurred when I signed up for a new membership. The employee failed to update my driver's license information in the system. This oversight caused me trouble when I attempted to cancel my membership. I asked for assistance at the salon, but I was told they couldn't cancel it for me, and I had to do it online. The online system presented a hurdle because it linked to my old Illinois driver's license. It meant that I couldn't log in to cancel my membership. To resolve this, I had to contact Zoom Tan's customer service during their office hours. They instructed me to email someone with a photo of my updated driver's license details. Once I finally gained access to the system and canceled my membership, I noticed a past-due charge on my account due to the initial employee's error. I disputed this charge, which led to numerous back-and-forths with Zoom Tan's customer service. Their responses left much to be desired. When I inquired about disputing charges or requesting a refund, I received a surprising reply from "Customer Care." They stated, "Please know that if a charge is disputed, you will not be able to use services at Zoom Tan due to us not being able to trust your credit card. The only currency we accept is a credit card, so if we are not able to trust the transactions you make, then you cannot use services." This response seemed overly harsh and unhelpful, leaving me frustrated with the overall customer service experience at Zoom Tan. In conclusion, while Zoom Tan's front-line employees were friendly, my experience with their corporate policies and customer service left much to be desired. I'm certain, given the number of snowbirds and people relocating to the area, this is not the first, nor will it be the last time they have inconvenienced customers with membership fees and service issues. It's disappointing that such a promising start with courteous staff can be overshadowed by the frustrations caused by corporate policies and customer service inefficiencies.

The Manager was clearly loved by us the "Customers" as can be seen in many online Reviews; very dedicated, knowledgeable & this store was always very clean (I Tan at a number of different locations) with, the exception of the days we the Customers personally witnessed her running around trying to clean up the filthy floors, etc.. before opening & had to call her to come in Room 9 one of those mornings to remove Dirty Paper Towel left stuck at the bottom of the Booth & clean it before I got in as, clearly the other Girls don't feel the Customers should or deserve have Clean Booth's! They are still brand new in the box and untouched. She said no. We do not take glasses back. Maui Jim has a 30 day return policy if you order directly on their website. I didn't even want to return. Just exchange. They refused. I would never buy an item from this place. They are supposed to be an authorized retailer and don't even follow the retailers own guidelines.
